Wickes Exeter Bathroom design and fitting Rating still Zero. (15 months later) Hello out there. Is anyone from Customer Relations still there? Email and telephone silence yet again. No surprises any more. My previous reviews relating to a poorly designed and fitted bathroom last year still have no happy ending. Promised another fitting date of this week. Took leave from work to oversee it, and guess what, I rang the new fitter who had not appeared, only to be told their next available date is the end of June 2025. Apparently Customer Relations know this, but haven't bothered to notify me. Thanks again Wickes - as you say "Let's do it right". Tried to enter 27/01/2024 as the date my Wickes experience began, but it won't allow me to enter a date over 12 month ago. May need to update this Wickes! so it has to say 24/04/2024

Even though we hadn’t made an appointment at Wickes Becky very kindly managed to see us later that day. She was extremely courteous and friendly and came up with an excellent solution for our proposed breakfast bar. We would have no hesitation in recommending her to our colleagues and friends

Beckianne of the Exeter Wickes, is a wonderful designer. She is friendly and she listens to the requests of the customer. I cannot speak highly enough of her.

We recently had a new WICKES Kitchen installed.LEE ANGEL WAS AN AMAZING FITTER.He did an Excellent and Thorough job.He tidied up at the end of each day.We Highly Recommend LEE.MANY THANKS. THANKS ALSO TO BECKY-ANNE WHO PRODUCED A DELIGHTFUL DESIGN.

Absolutely amazing work. Laurence created a wonderful design in store. The delivery guys couldn’t have been more pleasant and helpful. Our fitter Lee has been outstanding. His attention to detail even on areas that won’t be visible demonstrates that he is a true Craftsman. Can’t recommend Wickes highly enough.

The adviser Thomas Kirby was most helpful. He listened to our requests and he tailored the kitchen units to what could have been a tricky plan. I would highly recommend Tom

After purchasing a kitchen from Wickes we would like to provide a review of our buying experience. We started our kitchen journey, looking online and then visiting various kitchen providers, the last provider being Wickes. We made an appointment to meet with a consultant planner Laurence Kneale. Laurence couldn’t have been more helpful, after we agreed on the colour and style he set about draft planning using a vague plan we supplied. He soon established a workable design, and after another visit and a few tweets we have a complete and final solution. We would like to add that the buying experience was painless, professional and what seems like a reasonable final price. We would certainly recommend both the kitchen and designer

All good so far. Tom Kirby was a sympathetic and professional
ear to my design ideas and though we had to take out some of the more luxurious aspects of the final plan I am very pleased with how it looks and eager to see it in place.

Had our kitchen designed by Becky Anne and fitted by Emil last friday and the result is absolutely fabulous - the colours of the units and worktops go together so well and the fitting of all the units and ideas that came from both Becky Anne and Emil were very well thought out. We could not have had a better result no mater where we would have gone!!

Fridge due to be delivered Friday last by Yodel, no fridge Friday or Saturday no help from Wicks or Yodel tracking. Spoilt food as well. I wish I had brought from a reliable source

Having decided to treat myself to a new kitchen I decided upon Wickes in Exeter. I was met by Beckyanne who guided me through the choices available to me. Beckyanne knows her kitchens! Once the purchase had taken place I was allocated with a Customer Service called Alastair to address any issues or concerns and were dealt with quick and efficiently.My choice was made which was Chester Cloudy Blue units. I was allocated a fitter called Lee Angel who arranged a start date. Lee removed my old units and fitted my new units very efficiently. Each day especially in the early days when Lee was removing my old kitchen Lee tidied up and apart from not having a kitchen you wouldn’t know he had been, he was very tidy and thorough. Even neighbours and passers by commented on how tidy a worker he was. I would definitely recommend Wickes, Beckyanne and Lee. I have a beautifully fitted new kitchen and I am extremely happy with it.

I ordered a kitchen and bathroom from the Wickes store in Exeter as part of a wider home improvement project. The installation has just been completed and we couldn’t be happier with the result. The designer Becky-Anne was fabulous - skilfully blending our ideas with her design suggestions. We also received great support from Kerensa in the store and Yvonne in the customer service team who co ordinated the (many) deliveries! The project was installed by the Wickes Installations team. The fitters Emil and Alex have been amazing. The level of care that they take over their work is truly remarkable and on top of that they are wonderful people to have in your home.

In summary a great experience from start to finish.

Our new kitchen has just been fitted and the whole process from Wickes has been faultless, many thanks to Laurence Kneale from Exeter store, excellent to deal with someone who is experienced, friendly and knows his job, great communication from Wickes, our allocated fitters were amazing and the kitchen build and quality is first class, very happy customer, thanks

Ordered some plywood to be delivered.. Said delivery time, between 10am-3pm..planned my day to wait in for delivery... Got to 3.30, I called them to be told my items hadn't even been loaded on to the van yet.. I understand there are staff shortages, but an email/message wouldn't go amiss.. When items finally turned up it was dark, the delivery driver just wanted to leave it all outside.. I asked how he thought I was going to get it indoors by myself, he said he'd had a busy day.. Not a great service.. Definitely won't be ordering from them again for delivery, will take my custom elsewhere

Becky Williams was a pleasure to deal with all the way through my kitchen design process. Her professionalism and knowledge truly demonstrated her many years with Wickes as a designer (decades). She always responded promptly to my queries and her knowledge about Wickes range of kitchens and the appliances was brilliant and extremely helpful. I ask a great many questions and I had very specific requirements. Becky made sure I fully understood the pros and cons of my choices and where she thought it helpful, did not hesitate to suggest great alternative solutions.
I would have chosen Wickes as my supplier as price, design and service were great – but they did not do the plain white Shaker style door that I had set my heart on. Although I was very tempted by and impressed by the new acrylic Esker door.

I have just ordered our new kitchen at the Exeter branch of Wickes. Beckyanne was really helpful in the design of the kitchen and showed us all the options available in the appliances and offered some excellent advice. She was brilliant and I feel in very safe hands now!

Becky Anne was really helpful with ideas, advice and product knowledge. It was also a relaxing atmosphere and we were never under pressure to commit

Great prices and the staff were absolutely brilliant. Would definitely recommend.

I needed a tap in a hurry and was given assistance by a helpful gentleman named Sean. The tap was a Kubic mono basin mixer and feels really nice quality and I’m very happy with it.
