Wickes - Gloucester Opiniones 

Please do not buy a bathroom and get it fitted by Wickes! We had ours fitted poorly 3 years ago, the shower is broken, the toilet has had to be fixed 3 times. The tiling is a disgusting, the grouting on the floor tiles has all come loose. The plumber who fitted it signed my name to say we were happy with it(Fraud)!! We have had 3 plumbers out who have all say it needs to be totally replaced. Wickes have sent numerous of people round over the past 3 years to have a look and take pictures, we are still no further forward!! Quick enough to take your money, but 3 years later and we are still waiting for them to put it right!! 😡😡😡

Excellent service from start to finish. We were looking to refresh our dated kitchen and visited Wickes in Gloucester to get some ideas. I had some idea of design & colour and was not disappointed by the range of both cabinets & appliances. We met with our design consultant, Atul Patel, who arranged a site visit. He arrived on time and measured up. We agreed on a date to go back to the store to discuss the design. This discussion took place over a decent coffee and we were impressed with the attention to detail, friendliness and understanding of our needs and requirements. We were delighted with the comprehensive printouts of items required and and a clear and concise costing. We came in on budget! Atul was a delight to work with, very professional and understanding. Our new Wickes kitchen is now installed, working and is better than imagined! Thank you.

Visited Gloucester Store to buy Tomato Grow Bags. Bumped into a male member of staff who was just returning a Trolley to the Trolley Bay. I asked if I could have the Trolley and where the Grow Bags were situated. Not only did he take me to them, he loaded them on the Trolley and then took me straight in the Store where he took payment. As my mobility isn’t what it used to be, his assistance was much appreciated. Unfortunately I didn’t take a note of his name.

Robert Wayman saved the day we have problems since February regarding a missing sink drawer our local branch waste of time jeptborderingcwrongvitem I have e mailed customer services on 2coccassikns to complain they havnt bothered to reply went to the gloucester branch spoke to Robert he knew exactly what to order and it arrive within the week Thank you Robert kitchen now complete

Wickes provided us with a beautiful kitchen which Atul designed and Dave installed to a high standard. Nothing was too much trouble and any slight problems were quickly resolved.
We are thrilled with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wickes to anyone.

Excellent through the whole process, the designer gave us loads of options and come up with great ideas. Delivery was on time, and the fitters were brilliant, very high quality fit and finish. Customer service were brilliant when ordering extra items. Would highly recommend.

We went for an instore consultation with Atul at the Gloucester branch. He was courteous and knowledgeable and time was no object. 2 days later he came and measured our kitchen. Once again he was most helpful and efficient. The fitter arrived to assess the work the following day. To date our experience with Wickes has been all positive, in no small part due to Atul.

We bought our new kitchen in December and currently fitting.
The whole process from start to finish was 5 star, our designer Atul was very helpful and couldn’t ask for more.
Product so far also very good .
We would have no problem buying from Wickes in the future.

Atul at Wicks helped us with choosing and ordering a new kitchen. He was very patient, friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend.

Atul , from Gloucester branch, came to our home to measure, assess and advise, then planned our kitchen in the branch. His attention to detail, knowledge and advice was excellent. We would highly recommend him. Hopefully the installation will be as good!

After what I can only describe as an absolute nightmare experience with Wickes, Simon and his team from Jack of All Trades turned around our bathrooms in a matter of days. Simon’s team were polite, professional and extremely hard working. Thank you very much.
