Big thanks to Steve Hill for my lovely new kitchen. Steve was very helpful & nothing too much trouble for him. Great customer service & I would definitely recommend Steve. I’m so pleased with my new kitchen.

We were served by a young man called Lewis who was extremely helpful and friendly . He sorted our order and arranged for a rapid delivery. It arrived in just over an hour. Excellent service and delivery

John was very helpful in store today and pointed me in right direction as I wasn’t too sure what I needed..

We had an idea what our new kitchen should be like but needed a professional eye to put it all together. Enter Rachel Adams from Wickes at Gravesend. We made good use of the store displays with Rachel assisting, not pushing, our choices. From our basic ideas she has given us the full design in 3D form. The home visit settled any questions we had and from that the design evolved into a solid vision of what we wanted. No hard sell and we matched our budget perfectly. So Far a very positive experience.

We had a great experience working with Rachel on our bathroom renovation. She is highly knowledgeable, thorough with her work, and made the entire ordering process efficient and straightforward. We would highly recommend her services. Jo & Roger

Rachel Adams at the Gravesend branch is so knowledgeable, she has some fantastic ideas and sent us a 3D image how I new bathroom would look. She helped design our kitchen with complete understanding of our needs. The home visit was very professional and understood what we were aiming for with the design that she came up with.

We recently used Steve Hill, Design Consultant at Wickes Gravesend. Steve has been with the company for years and his expertise clearly shows.
From start to finish Steve was amazing, a professional throughout who gave us the kitchen we dreamed of.

We had a lot of work to do and quite a difficult space to work with but Steve was able to give us a whole range of options and explained everything clearly.

He answered every question (even my repeated panicked ones) really quickly and nothing was ever too much trouble.
For some people it's just an interaction or a job, but it felt like Steve really cared. We wouldn't think twice about using him again.

Customer Service was a nightmare!
Customer service and the DX delivery service - the complete opposite. I wouldn't even call them a service. So unhelpful. DX were uncontactable through phone, email and live chat after hours of trying and when items vanished, apparently the mystery team we needed were never working.

Wickes customer service really undermines the hard work that Steve was doing and it was nothing short of frustrating. If there was a way we could do everything through Steve and not need to deal with the customer service people, we would have.

The only reason we would use Wickes again would be because of Steve and his hard work.

Karen and Natalie were very helpful when ordering my log storage shed, reserving the item for me as only limited stock available. I valued and appreciated their kind assistance.

Rachel Adams at Gravesend store was great from start to finish

My bathroom designer/consultant was very professional and quite clearly knows what he is doing.
The transition from design, choice of fittings etc. to the installation process went smoothly.
There were a few glitches but these were down to suppliers. For example, There were no radiator valves supplied,
A dual heat element for the radiator (instead of the single element) was not supplied. I took the original back to store and obtained the one I wanted from Amazon.
My installer was excellent. I have sent a report to Wickes regarding his work.

I recently had an excellent experience in designing a kitchen in Wickes, Gravesend store working with Rachel Adams who was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I had no idea where to start but Rachel expertly talked me through all the options and ensured I clearly understood the process. Very pleased. Thank you Rachel.

Rachel Adams has been absolutely fantastic in helping us design our bathroom. From the first point of contact she has been professional and goes above and beyond to guide us through the possibilities . Her knowledge is valuable and to be honest there is nothing that she doesn’t know when it comes to the products that are available. I’m so looking forward to the end result.

I filled in the online form to get a quote for two new bathrooms. Within 48 hours I received a telephone call to arrange a survey to work out what we required. We made two visits to Wickes & Its now been approximately 3 weeks. Everything is now arranged & organised for fitting. It has all been just perfect thanks to Rachel Adams, honestly 10 out of 10.

Rachel Adams was very helpful and efficient with the design of the kitchen. She was professional at all times and made good suggestions without being pushy.

Called ahead for advice on building a shelf for my water softener and got really helpful guidance on the right shelf, legs and screw sizes. Popped in at the weekend and bought everything I needed.
