Great service both at the till and especially from Steve who helped me unload my purchases into my car and couldn’t have been more helpful.
I usually dread going into a store primarily used by tradesmen but the whole experience couldn’t have been better

Great customer service
We went into the Guildford branch and received great service from Kirsty. She was able to give me advise on which paint to purchase which lead us to having a job well done.

Sian was the most helpful person
Sian was the most helpful person. I had a nightmare with an order and she sorted the whole thing for me! Took time to help and was extremely polite! Should consider her a managerial position as she is a credit to wickes!

Went into Wickes after not getting the very specific lightbulb I needed in B&Q. I was helped by two super helpful colleagues working at the front desk. Sian researched possible options. There wasn’t one in stock but I was advised exactly what it was I needed so I could order it - absolutely 5 star customer service. I will be back

Lovely staff and great selection
Had everything we needed, Mitchell was lovely and made us laugh because we had to come back for another 2 piceces of plaster board we had misjudged how much we needed.

They are an amazing team, always friendly and helpful.
Every time I come in we have a chat and they're never fail to go above and beyond what's being asked. If they can't find what you're looking for they're happy to try and locate an alternative or help you search for where you might be able to buy it.

Popped into Wickes for some light bulbs…
Popped into Wickes for some light bulbs but wasn't sure in the slightest about which ones I needed. Luckily for me the staff weren't technophobes like me, and they were able to recommend some appropriate ones. Now I don't have to sit in the dark when I'm eating scrambled eggs out of a shoe using a comb! Thanks Wickes!!
