⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed – No Show and Poor Communication
I had an appointment scheduled with the kitchen designer, and I even received both an email and a message confirming that someone would attend. I drove over an hour to make sure I was there on time, only to find that no one showed up. There was no phone call, no update, and no explanation until after the fact.
This is absolutely disgraceful service — a complete waste of my time and effort. If this is how appointments are handled, I dread to think what the rest of the process would be like. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience.

Home design appointment
I had booked a home visit for a designer to design my bathroom for me and I had all confirmation emails and text messages and I had made sure I was at home all morning which then nobody showed up and I had no contact from the store to advise if it had been cancelled or any delays so very disappointed in this instance and I am more likely to have another company to carry this out - not reliable from Wickes in this situation

Helpful staff

Top class service from Harry
Went into Wickes for a design appointment with Harry due to my basement kitchen needing a lot of TLC.
From the get go, Harry has been great and has shown exceptional eye for detail, ensuring that the final product will be spot on and has kept me within my budget, which was massively important. I’m really excited to see the end result, thank you again Harry!
