Staff are very helpful. Recently had both hips replaced so was not in a position to be lifting heavy items. I needed 4 bags of sharp sand and one bag of cement so asked at the till for some assitance.... Ver más

No shows for booked appointments
I phoned up to book a design appointment and had a long conversation about what we might want before being allowed to book. I booked an introduction phone call for the Monday, a visit to our house for measuring on the Wednesday and then an in store follow up for the following Monday. The call never came through on the Monday so I rang on the Tuesday to see why and check the house visit appointment. I was told they only make the calls if they aren’t busy and it wasn’t important. They confirmed the house visit was still happening. No one showed on the Wednesday, I rang to check if they were still arriving and was told no they have double booked. They had tried to call me that day, I had a missed call from a number I didn’t recognise but no voice mail or follow up email to explain. I asked them to cancel my further bookings as this was not a reliable service.
