I cannot express how Wickes kitchen and bathroom design advisor in Haverfordwest store has helped us (my brother and I) feel comfortable when entering a professional business-other well known businesses made us feel uncomfortable.
Gareth Davies is very relatable and supportive- He has lots of patience and we did not feel pressurised into buying your product at all -but have paid the deposit and fully understand the product I am getting ( rather excited as it looks like a good plan)-Gareth knew about what products worked within certain situations and advised if my ideas would not!-but not in a condescending way.
I look forward to having my new kitchen. Gareth is a true credit to your company.....

Absolutely disgusting service!
Paid just under £10k for a bathroom, which was meant to be fitted in November 2025, it is now March 25th 2026 and it still hasn’t been fitted, only then for them to tell us that the price didn’t include the flooring, the tiles or the radiator! We are now last minute having to pay extra money to buy half the bathroom, before they come to do it 5 months too late. We dealt with Gareth from Haverfordwest Wickes, he was all lovely and nicey nice to get the sale then the moment we rang back after realising that we have been completely scammed , he was rude and unhelpful over the phone and said tough, it is what it is and we should have read the small print.

So basically people, if your wanting a bathroom or kitchen fitted by Wickes, don’t bother, they scam you, and make you pay £10,000 for a toilet, mirror and sink, the rest is fitting. The staff are rude and just want their commission.

Disgusting behaviour, I WILL be taking it further. NEVER EVER WILL I PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM WICKES AGAIN.

Really helpful and friendly staff and store manager always has what I need and great quality products just what you expect from Wickes.

I have been buying from Wickes Haverfordwest for 5 years and in that time I have completed two house refurbishments. I can honestly say they have never let me down, the staff are always helpful and polite, the stock is very good and the prices are always reasonable.

St Francis school in Milford Haven recently applied for the Community fund, the staff in store were incredibly quick to respond to our request and donated the school £100 of top soil. The children have used the soil to fill large wooden flower beds in the schools outdoor area and they will now be growing their own produce. We are incredibly grateful to the store for supporting our school.

I recently applied for the Wickes community fund and the management and staff at the Haverfordwest branch were fantastic! The application was for any materials needed up to the value of £100 which for our little community allotment was amazing, I got some new spades and forks as well as some paint for the shed. It’s so nice to see that big companies like wickes support communities locally and I will continue to support them and shop there for that reason, thank you Mark & all the guys at Wickes Haverfordwest.

Wickes have been amazing in their quick responses for our request in material donations for our aquarium projects. They have been a great support for our maintenance team and were extremely generous and understanding. We received brilliant service for everyone.

John Aldrich from the Haverfordwest store is the exceptional design consultant . He was polite courteous and listened to our questions. A very friendly chap who really knew his stuff . He made me smile because he was very passionate about what he does . Very unusual these days . He will contact us in a few days to fully discuss our kitchen requirements. Very pleased with the service so far . Thank you very much.

After my initial appointment Alice paid a home visit to measure up my bathroom
and replace the bath with a shower area with toilet and sink. I then had consultation with her at Wickes when, after some soul searching by myself and advice and guidance from Alice, who was both patient and understanding, but never pushy, we came up with a fully redesigned walk-in shower room,and I'm awaiting a site visit from Radicalplumbing tomorrow (Saturday) to do a survey. To date, the process has taken about a month. So far, so good

Had excellent service from Karen at the Haverfordwest store. Most helpful in guiding us to the section we wanted. Heather J

Our installer was quick and confident. 5 stars!
But Wickes Customer Service didn't really contact us so we had to do a lot of managing ourselves, which sucked!

Natural Stone Surfaces were rubbish! They held up the whole process and potentially ruined Christmas, can you believe it!
Plus their measurements were off and it all went pear shaped and smelly.

Basically, individuals did a good job but big boss Wickes were slackin'.

Silly Wickes. 2 stars.

Alice, from Haverfordwest, paid us a home visit yesterday to assist with a full upgrade of our kitchen. She was very patient, yet extremely helpful in making suggestions which we had not considered. Looking forward to seeing what she has planned for us when we visit the store on Sunday.
