Outstanding customer service
I must have looked a little confused in the store while shopping. It's not often that I go to the extent of writing reviews, but the support and advice we had from your employee, Luis Culcay, was outstanding. He made some great recommendations and took the time to listen and understand exactly what we needed. That probably saved us an hour of our time making decisions. Thank you, Luis—you are an amazing asset to the store.

Fantastic store to shop in!
Fantastic store to shop in! The layout makes it easy to walk around and find exactly what you need. We were looking for a variety of items, and Luis C was by far the most helpful and kind person we could have asked for. He answered all our questions with patience and expertise, making our experience truly enjoyable.
The entire staff was friendly and attentive, which made our visit even better. Highly recommend this location for anyone in need of great service and a hassle-free shopping experience!

Outstanding service and quality product
From the moment we approached Nicky Gibbons we knew we were in safe hands. Completely professional, approachable and extremely knowledgable….. no matter how many questions we had, she was patient and gave thorough answers. The process was outstanding and we are delighted with our new Wickes kitchen. The fitters have done an amazing job and I would recommend without question.

First class from start to finish
Right from the start Leah was really helpful throughout the process from design, changes to ordering & installation. Her communications were excellent. The installer, Jacek, was a wizard, a perfectionist & very professional. First class all round.
