We are both delighted with our new kitchen from Wickes.
From the planning experience at their Huntingdon store provided by their design consultant, (Wiktoria), to Joshua at their central customer services, to the selected fitter, Roger Shakespeare Kitchens, our experience was very good indeed. Would definitely recommend

The shop is well-organized
The shop is well-organized, and the staff is friendly. I particularly noticed Lexi, one of the sale assistants, who was very pleasant and had a positive attitude.

Consistently good service
Wickes is my husband’s Sephora so we come here often. Service is consistently good. Staff are always very kind.

Great experience

I received excellent service from Lexi at Wickes. From the moment I spoke to her, she was extremely helpful, polite and charming, and what really stood out was that she took a genuine interest in me as a customer.
Nothing felt rushed or transactional — Lexi took the time to listen, understand what I needed and make sure I was looked after. It’s increasingly rare to receive such personable and genuine customer service, and she is a real credit to Wickes.

Helpfull staff
Most of the staff are helpfull but lexi was very helpfull and efficient.
I do have one question. Why do you put stickers on the front face of all products and they only come off leaving a mess?.

Wickes unable to back promotions in store
Went to the Huntingdon store of which I only have good experiences to buy a whole set of Wicked Pro 18V cordless tools which are currently on promotion for having free battery which was advertised on a large A4 sign, went to the till and was told there was only ONE battery pack in stock of which I would need several and was told none are on order and hardly any stock for miles what’s the point of having a promotion that you can’t fulfil it?
A wasted trip disappointed from Wickes, planning now to go Screwfix with my money. Poor show wasn’t even offered a work around to discount the 4.0Ah battery set which I would have taken … or offered to return to the store to collect them in future
I’ve always complimented Wickes however this is just disappointing experience spoke to the online chat with Elizabeth who didn’t help only referring to call a number claiming there was stock in the warehouse I even returned the store spoke to the manager and stated they could not discount the other batter pack
A lost sale was about to spend £600 on a fullest Wickes don't seem to care

I love Huntingdon Wickes
I love Huntingdon Wickes and believe it is the staff that make the difference; helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
I met Lexi yesterday who was shadowing a colleague whilst undertaking her training. If this new member of staff is an indication of the calibre of staff being employed then this branch will continue to excel.

Went on website, could check the item was in stock and order was ready within 15 minutes. A set of bathtaps for £23. A bargain.
