Been into our Kettering store on a number of occasions and I would just like to thank Barry for all his help in helping me locate certain items and went out his way to order items that weren't in store.

Fantastic service from design consultant Simon! So good I've used him 3 times - kitchen, en suite, bathroom and cloakroom. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Simon really took the time to understand what I needed and offered thoughtful suggestions that made a big difference. The end results looks amazing, and I couldn’t be happier. We have just purchased a kitchen from Wickes, the process from start to finish was brilliant. The salesperson Lana went above and beyond, she kept us up to date with everything throughout the whole process and gave us quality advice when designing and choosing which kitchen to have. Would highly recommend.

Barry went above and beyond to make sure every detail was correct, and he even pointed out a few finishing touches I had missed that really elevated the final look. Needed a new bathroom/shower room to assist my partner who is disabled. Dealt with an exceedingly talented man called Simon burton. He was incredibly helpful in helping me choose/design everything, making me feel like things are my idea even though he really did everything. He was super organised and sent me reminders when to do specific things and just made everything really easy. The contractor they used Deniss Litvjakov was an absolute legend. Super friendly, polite, conscientious and just really talented. He was honest and upfront and actually saved me money on the install when he didnt need to . I genuinely couldn't be happier. His work is detailed and professional and always consulted us if anything needed to change slightly etc. If anyone is getting a bathroom and are using the mentioned gentlemen you are in safe hands. Really impressive to be honest.

We popped into Wickes at Kettering as the brackets supporting our hanging baskets had fallen off the wall and due to the weight of them we needed somebody to help us in buying ones that would support the weight so that they didn’t fail again.
We asked a young man called Sam and he not only knew about the correct brackets that were required but also the correct fixings required.
Excellent service, service how it should be !

A massive thank you to Jason and the team for the help they gave us at Sir John Brown Court recently. The bark chippings and compost were really appreciated by all the residents.

The staff were very helpful throughout the store. When I got to the checkout Amy who served me was brilliant. Not only serving my she also went out of her way to help other customers. This was due to only Amy on the checkouts at the time. Amy is a credit to your branch and company. Well done Amy :)

The local Kettering legend that is Simon of the kitchen design team. When I told neighbours I was having a new kitchen from Wickes, invariably the next question was always, “Simon?”, followed by “he did ours and it’s wonderful.” Yes my kitchen IS wonderful, but of course there were issues along the way - some were courtesy of Wickes, and some wasn’t, so this review also applies to the entire Kettering Wickes design and installation team. Simon and the team resolved the issues they could with no fuss or further negotiation. They are truly a customer’s champions and Wickes are lucky to have them. I truly hope that this review enable the Kettering team to receive all employee recognition from the Wickes executive as they deserve it.

Nikki’s warm friendly professional approach made choosing our bathroom a very enjoyable experience, her product knowledge was exceptional. Enabling us to achieve the design we wanted & most importantly within our budget. Thank you.

Ordered 2x jumbo bags of MOT & 4x jumbo bags of sharp sand. Delivery wasn’t for filled so had to cancel builder and reschedule delivery. Builder managed to squeeze me in a month later but that then put any returns over 30 days. Had 2x full bags of sharp sand left at £70 each, Wickes refused to take them back as it over 30 days. Thanks for your customer service and compassion Wickes or lack of it.
