Janine from the Lancaster site designed our new bathroom. It’s blown us away! Her vision from the start was nothing short of amazing and she was so lovely to deal with. She’s been so helpful from start to finish. Dan our fitter was brilliant too, who Janine recommended. Great experience and a new bathroom to be proud of! Thank you Janine! We will be coming to see you again for our new kitchen for sure. 100% recommend.

Have always found my experience at Wickes to be a good one. The staff are always very helpful and honest too. If they haven’t known the answer to my question, they’ve always found the right member of staff to help me. On this occasion it was the general manager who helped me get exactly what I needed and also pointed out other things that I needed (I totally missed tile cement and would have had to come back for it!)

Excellent quality kitchen and design service. We had to make multiple changes due to ongoing construction work at the address and the staff were more than accommodating.

We had too many items ordered due to the design changed but they were easy to return and received a full refund for these items.

Great service from Shamsher who mixed Dulux paint for me.

Helpful and patient service at the Morecambe (Lancaster?) store. Needed to check dimensions of a product to determine the rest of my purchases.
Emily helped without hesitation, opening the pack and even providing a tape measure.

Came to buy some laminate flooring. Found that there wasn’t enough out on display. Spoke with the customer service girls who requested a member of staff, Joe get the remainder out of the racking. Joe was really helpful and efficient. The girls at Customer services were really helpful to. Highly recommend

I had a wonderful experience with Wickes in Lancaster .. from going instore to choose a kitchen to having advice from Simon Knight .. designer . Simon gave excellent help on his home visit .
We had a brilliant builder in Mark Whiteside who again gave excellent service and advice!
The whole experience was painless, faultless and wonderful!!

Absolutely appalled by the non existent service shown by Wickes Bathroom Installation promise. ~A shower is part of my bathroom installation, and it does not work, the temperature does not go above cold. Not sure if this is due to a faulty product - or installation - but pretty sure that the guy installing this knew what he was doing. Do not get Wickes to install a bathroom, all they do for their inflated price is to outsource labour, so it there are any problems - its yours not theirs! they do not even accept any responsibility should it be the product fault,

This shop has everything you need. I love coming here. All the staff are helpful and friendly. Can never fault it.

When we went to Wickes to get an idea of the process to renovate our bathroom, Janine Bateson took care of everything from beginning to end and made the process effortless. We were picky in what we had in mind and had other commitments that made our availability to discuss the details tricky at times, but Janine always worked around us and gave us some good advice whilst listening to what we wanted. She was very professional, yet approachable, which is exactly what we needed. The end result for our bathroom is stunning and we absolutely love; so a big thank you to Janine.

Crissy at Wickes in Lancaster went above and beyond to give me the best service possible. She was very knowledgeable about the lawnmower that I was interested in and even put one at customer service for me to collect making my whole experience fast and easy! Thanks to her!

We have recently had a new kitchen and our experience was both very good and appalling

The front end of the process - the design - was absolutely excellent Justine at Wickes Lancaster was brilliant , she demonstrated excellent knowledge, professionalism and considerable patience .

Once we had ordered the kitchen however things went down hill rapidly . We agreed to a Wickes fitter who told us that he didn’t want the job as Wickes didn’t pay him enough money for a dry fit.

I found another fitter myself but when the delivery arrived the driver refused to help unload the lorry ( as he was the driver) . The delivery turned out to be wrong , we were missing two drawers and we had 8 of the wrong drawers

We also had a faulty extractor over the hob and Wickes support insisted I send them a serial number which wasn’t there . When I advised them that the number was not where they said it should be they told me that there was nothing else they could do .

A personal letter to the group CEO changed things and we had a replacement Extractor with 48 hours . The glass on this was however broken but my fitter managed to use the glass off the faulty unit

In short if you could get the design done by Wickes and the kitchen supplied and installed by someone else then that would save you a great deal of pain , unfortunately this is not the case so I suggest that you consider your options

Simon gave us plenty of time to look and choose everything we needed for our kitchen, giving attention to detail and good advice. I found Simon to be a polite gentleman. Thank you

The kitchen design service is excellent . Wayne was a pleasure to deal with and wow... does he know his stuff . A friendly professional approach with no hard sell - just good advice and exceptional customer service .The quality of the kitchen units is superb and looks beautiful. All in all an exceptional experience.

We love Wickes' choice of Bathrooms and Kitchens. Janine Bateson (Morecambe) helped us buy one of each! Her style is helpful, polite, professional and patient. Change the range - not a problem; change the colour - not a problem; change an appliance - not a problem. It's great that you can get everything through Wickes, kitchen, appliances, flooring AND an Installer. Janine has responded to all our emails and messages, promptly and efficiently and has checked back with us to make sure all is ok. Just can't fault her service or Wickes.

Brilliant efficient service from Wayne. Extremely helpful and informative when designing my kitchen, always there to answer any questions from design right through to delivery and build. Couldn't ask for a better service. Would definitely recommend.
