Wickes have been AMAZING, right from the start, Sarah from designs team listened to what I needed, adapted her processes to accommodate me, and did an incredible job on the design and provided exactly what I required (when I wasn't even sure!)
What a delight James the kitchen fitter was to have in our home , polite conscious and great at project managing it all for me. My first kitchen that I have bought and fitted and I'm grateful to them both and appreciate their help and experience. A big recommendation from.

Easy to order online, to pick up in store...qujck notification followed. Heavy items but no problem for us old folk to get assistance. Impressed with the whole process.

Katie Malkowska did the design and Mark Johnson was the fitter.
Katie’s design was perfect as was all the hard work put in by Mark. He worked in a small bathroom during one of our heatwaves. How he did it I don’t know.

All the People I dealt with were excellent and helpful.
The sales assistant Katie Malkowska was very good at helping us design and pick the best product for our needs. The fitting team Andrew Baker and his assistant Dean did an excellent and professional job of the installation. Would highly recommend them.
Would also thank the electrician NG electrical services and the plasterer ALH plastering services.
The call centre handler Dereck (Del) was also very helpful. All in all from start to finish a very satisfying experience.

From first ideas to completed refurbishment, all the staff at our local Wickes were brilliant.

Sarah-Jayne Thorne, our wonderful designer, treated us like vip’s, she went above and beyond, she even visited with our chosen fitter, Mark Saunders, to ensure the design, fixtures, appliances, etc all worked. A vision for a built in open larder was carefully designed. We chose Mark who came highly recommended from a previous customer for his vast experience and attention to detail, his “always can be bothered” attitude, efficient and exceptionally high standard of craftsmanship. We are absolutely delighted with the results, which are even better than we could have hoped for.

All other experiences inc. delivery of items and removal of rubbish were carried out on time, with clear communication, by polite and cheerful people.

I can not fault anything.

I can only recommend the efficient staff that helped me, the experience was first class, very polite and made sure I had the right product. I shall certainly use leamington Wickes again.

I decided to have house glow up and wanted to paint myself. It is not a task I have done before, but my local store in Leamington was exceptional! I want to say a huge thank you to Jason. I called prior to coming as doing any DIY work was worrying, but Jason was so friendly and helpful! He asked me as the counter to call for him so he could help! Old fashioned service in 2025 is what I needed, and I got it. With Jason's help, I got the paint that I needed and what brushes would be ideal. I have painted my front door and canopy and living room. My house looks new! Also want to thanks Antiono, sorry if I have your name wrong. I loved that when I came back they asked how I was getting on.
I have build my confidence with painting and what paints are good for certain jobs. Thanks to this team!

Our bathroom designer was Katie Malkowska. She was very thorough and professional and very patient. Our bathroom fitter was Jordan. He is incredibly skilled and professional and hardworking. His attention to detail is stunning! We received good direction from Wickes throughout our bathroom renovation and are very happy with the final result 😊

Bathroom Fitting was great but very let down by the failure to remove the skip. This has now been sitting on front parking for a week and we cannot park our car. Spoils what otherwise was a great job

We began our kitchen refurbishment with a design consultation meeting at the end of February. We found Bally Aulak to be just the right balance of friendly and professional. Bally listened to our needs and encouraged us with useful suggestions and design solutions, Early March we had a follow up meeting for all those points that inevitably pop into your head the moment you get back home. A third meeting finalised the design and we paid the deposit. Bally was very skilled in the financial matters and explained what it all meant. Bally followed up with a home visit to confirm all the measurements.
The kitchen was fitted by James Mesnard to a very high standard.

Thank Sally for helping me refund and purchase some tiles for my bathroom! You were very helpful and patient in explaining the different size tile options

Really pleased with my visit to Leamington Wickes , needed some advice on where to start with my kitchen and Evan was able to tell me exactly how the process works from start to finish , il definitely be back when its time to design my new kitchen .

Bally was excellent! She measured the space, designed and ordered the kitchen within a week. 4weeks later the kitchen was delivered and installed.
Although the kitchen was done on a budget, the kitchen looks professional and useable.
Very happy with the speed and efficiency of Wickes.

I am really pleased with my new kitchen. My sincerest thanks to Bally Aulak who led me through every step of the way with her invaluable knowledge. It would have been nowhere near as good if left to my own devices. :-)

We’re incredibly grateful to Wickes Leamington Spa for supporting our school’s community project to build an All-Weather Activity Area for the children.

At 7am sharp, we received a generous donation of 50 bags of concrete, all arranged with brilliant communication, friendly service, and genuine enthusiasm for what we’re trying to achieve. Their support has given our project a solid (and very literal!) foundation to build on.

This is a fantastic example of a local store making a real impact in its community. We’re so thankful for their help, and fingers crossed, we’ll be able to continue working together as we gather more materials to bring this vision to life.

Katie Malkowska provided excellent advice on bathroom and kitchen fitting, showing professionalism and empathy towards the customer. She listened carefully to what the customer wanted and spent a long time trying to accommodate their wishes.

Then came Kosta, the kitchen installer — what an exceptional craftsman! His work is flawless, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was installed perfectly. Kosta was efficient, tidy, respectful of my home, and always ready to explain things or adjust when needed. His calm approach and clear communication made the installation stress-free.

Together, Bally and Kosta were an absolute dream team. Their customer support, responsiveness, and commitment to quality were truly outstanding. I genuinely felt cared for throughout, and now I have a beautiful new kitchen that I absolutely love. 💛

Conor was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous, and we were impressed by his ‘can do’ attitude and going the extra mile for the customer. We will definitely attend the Leamington branch again.

Nothing special - just a few bags of ballast and some long lengths of wood plus 2 large sheets of plywood for delivery. The assistant (Diane) led me to a separate till and methodically went through the list of my requirements. She double-checked that everything was in stock and asked which day I would like it to be delivered. I paid the invoice and, surprise, everything was delivered as requested. Thank you, Diane
