Wickes - Leamington Spa Opiniones 

I visited the store on Sunday, and I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff. Lauren in particular was very knowledgeable about paint, and spent a good amount of time with me, making sure I had all the necessary products for my renovation. She patiently walked me through all of the different products and their uses, recommending specific brands and even working out what size of product I would need for each room. I left feeling confident about the job ahead, and for that reason I would recommend this shop to all persons taking on a DIY project.

After we made it clear we weren't going to break the bank with a total re-design, and all we wanted was to replace the existing kitchen cupboards, to a budget, the interest was lost. Nearly 2 weeks later and still not received the quote, promised the following night, of the visit, not even a courtesy call to explain delay, looks like we are getting our kitchen from someone else.

Sent our 20 year old son to collect some items for DIY and he was refused the items as he did not have his ID. Would not accept photographs of passport or driving licence- and he drove there!! Called to explain the situation but the manager would not allow rhe sale. Nowhere on the website does it say anything about requiring ID. What happens when young apprentices are sent to buy supplies? Will not be using the store again.

We visited the brand new Wickes store in Leamington Spa today 08/01/2025 with my partner and twin babies, upon entering the store, it felt very welcoming and the staff was all smiley and happy, they left us alone and allowed us to look around, (some stores like to approach customers and pester them) but this store did not and left us to browse freely.

I ended up contacting the store and spoke with a lady named Lauren over the phone and told them of my positive feedback which they was delighted and grateful to hear, so here I am leaving a review for others to see.

came to Wickes in Leamington for advice on paint, just before Christmas. we met Jason and he could not have been more helpful. Such a polite and knowlegeable person! We had to visit the store 3 times for various items, and Jason was always there ready to spend time with us and give us his advice. Thank you Jason, Wickes are lucky to have you!

Lovely big store. Young lad Conor on the tills was very friendly and polite and managed the queue very quickly whilst making every customer feel welcome and not rushed. Found everything I was looking for. Great prices too.

We are looking for a new kitchen and popped into Wickes. Bally Aulak (Design Consultant) offered her help with a free site visit and layout. She created a detailed layout and full spec of all the cabinets and appliances and a set of renders to help us envisage the final design in 3D. Throughout she was informative, knowledgeable and, above all, patient as we considered all the options. We are grateful for her help and would recommend both Bally and Wickes for anyone considering a new bespoke kitchen.

My partner and I went to Wickes recently for an initial bathroom design consultation. Sandra could not have been more helpful, friendly, and patient. She had great ideas for designing a practical and stylish bathroom in a tight space, incorporating ridiculous wishes from both me and my partner and a lot of changing of our opinions. She was very welcoming and personable, and also clearly knew her stuff. Would 100% recommend.

Incredible! Wickes order delivered by James QO65. He went above and beyond what was expected carrying heavy items down the drive and into the back garden multiple times in the pouring rain. Was kept informed about the arrival time, arrived on time and couldn’t have been nicer guy!

Amazing store

Hi, dropped in to pick up some paint (new Leamington branch) unfortunately I couldn't find the particular colour there (in any retailer I’ve visited non Wickes too) the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, showing me similar colours, looking on the system at the range of colours and looking in another section of the store. Sometimes staff in stores can get impatient if you’re taking your time deliberating but this never happened, they were incredibly patient, so kudos to Diane, Conor and the other lady, sorry I didn’t get her name.
P.S. I think the colour is discontinued but still in the Dulux colour range booklet (so out of any retailers responsibility) thank you anyway for a great shopping experience. Btw I bought another item which they fetched for me as I couldn’t carry it and took it to my car for me.

We went to visit the shiny new Wickes store in Leamington Spa recently. As it was our first visit we spent sometime looking at the fitted kitchen and bathroom displays as well as having a good look around the store. A week later we were hit with a £100.00 parking fine for spending ten minutes over the 90 minute free parking allowed. Appreciate there may be signs up, although we never noticed them, but who expects to be fined for visiting a DIY store. Very disappointed with Wickes

Brilliant customer service from your colleague Luke today whilst I was looking for a worktop for my kitchen. He was professional and gave me perfect advice on how to proceed. I will definitely return.

Today I want to especially mention 2 colleagues together on the Checkout area, Diane and another female whose name I didn't note down - very tall, blonde hair - as they were extremely helpful and engaging throughout our visit yesterday, 07/11/24.
Even down to popping our trolley of goods away securely while we had another look around; also offering a coffee while we waited to speak to the Design Consultant.

Excellent store, clean and well stocked. Staff helpful. Didn’t realise wickes deliver until overhearing another customer placing their order at the tills. (Nothing in store tells you about delivery being available) Normally get ripped off at Travis Perkins with £30 delivery and a weeks wait! Placed order in store. Quick easy and free delivery!! Got a text the night before with time slot and got live tracking so didn’t have to wait in all day. Driver was brilliant unloaded everything into my garage without hesitation, all items in perfect condition. Thank you 🙏

Unfortunately the car park can accommodate electric vehicles and vans, but no insight to make any family parking spaces. This is very disappointing

Great store and even better I got 15% off! Conor on the till helped me order some pavement slabs for home delivery and even helped recommend products I didn’t even realise I would need and talked me through the process. I can’t wait to receive the slabs and start my new project, I will definitely be returning.

The staff especially Diane whe very helpful and proactive in helping me find some paving slabs.
They didn't show a a stock item on the customer PC which Diane showed me but she found them in the store and found me when i was looking for some other items in the store. One of the lads then helped get them off the tracking and loaded them into my car.
Couldn't hand been more helpful, and I got 15% off! Did't realise it was your launch event. 👆
