Julie at Wickes Lichfield designed us the most incredible kitchen. We came in with a vision, and she completely understood what we wanted while also suggesting thoughtful improvements and practical solutions — never in a pushy or upselling way.
She gave us time to consider our options, explained different possibilities clearly, and introduced ideas we didn’t even know we needed or wanted. We were open about our budget from the start, and Julie worked incredibly hard to create something that felt like our dream kitchen while keeping the overall cost, including fitting, considerably lower than we expected.
Of course, there were a couple of compromises due to practicality and budget, but the alternatives Julie showed us were never a million miles away from what we originally imagined — and in some cases were actually better.
The whole experience so far has been excellent. Julie is professional, knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely listens. We’re so excited to move forward with our dream kitchen and feel very lucky to have had it expertly designed by her.

Looked a several bathroom showrooms with no joy,they had to be complete room make overs. Then we meet Lynne Smith design Consultant, a breath of fresh air in customer service. Professional and happy you help with our needs, she understood our requirements. We left as new clients and very happy people.

Julie the kitchen design consultant really listened to my ideas a needs for my kitchen design and created the kitchen exactly how I’d envisioned it. Her knowledge and creativity has meant that I’m leaving the store super happy and confident with my order. She’s worked well with my small budget to get everything I wanted at an affordable price…highly recommended visiting Julie in Lichfield! you won’t be disappointed

Great service right from the start. Lynne helped us choose our kitchen with her extensive knowledge and expertise. Booking our delivery was an easy process and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Wickes and will use them again for our future projects.

Lynne was friendly, professional and a great help planning our bathroom.

IOrdered a kitchen it came in dribs and drabs, parts missing parts not in stock I've got a kitchen incomplete they should have not sold me a kitchen when they could not supply the parts ,my fitter is fed up of waiting to complete the job, so he's gone and started elsewhere.

Finding assistant Jenny, who knowledgeably helped me out with sorting a product that was only part stocked in store and a product that I needed delivering that was in store. Both were then ordered together for delivery for me tomorrow (next day). It was a very satisfying store visit, knowing my needs were met and delivery sorted out effortlessly by Jenny.

Julie has been fantastic from start to finish designing us our dream kitchen. We would 100% recommend Julie to anybody wanting a kitchen or bathroom. Thank you so much x
