Just would like to say thank you to Gemma. It had been a long day she found what I needed and took it to the till. What a keeper in that staff team!

A great service. I must say Gemma from Wickes Martlesham shop is so helpful, anytime I get to shop you fond her with a great smile and always helpful when unsure about product I need to buy. Best service ever, cant get this everywhere so nice to see ppl like Gemma still exist.

I was Served by Gemma. Who was very kind and welcoming. She genuinely cared about me whilst I was being served. Asking how I was, having a chuckle as I’d left my wallet in the van. Not a problem for Gemma as she waited for me to get it. She then said hope I have a good evening and saying drive safe.
It’s staff like that, that need recognition. As some of your staff I have come across in various stores clearly don’t want to be there.

Gemma went above and beyond to assist us in store, she was highly knowledgeable about the paints we required and her customer service was superb! Bubbly, friendly whilst professional a credit to Wickes!! We will definitely be visiting the store again.

Really friendly customer assistant called Peter - he even put my heavy shopping into my car for me.

Brought a combination lock back that I couldn't open, PETER spent about 10 minutes trying to help me , but still no good. Bought another lock in the end.

Great service and advice from the day we walked in to the store to the day the kitchen installation was finished. Darrell assisted us throughout, he came to the house to measure up, designed our kitchen but listened to our input and helped us to choose our kitchen, ensuring we had all the furnishings necessary to complete the install. He was extremely patient and professional when I wanted to make changes.i We were told David Arthey was going to do the install, he too came to look at the kitchen space beforehand and advised us what needed to be done in advance. Due to work commitments my husband wasn't going to be there for the installation. Dave was brilliant throughout, he told me what was going to be happening each day and offered his professional advice when necessary. He was punctual, very tidy and had a great attitude to his work and to the team he worked with. My kitchen is amazing and what I thought would be quite stressful was actually made a lot easier by Darrell and Dave. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them in the future.

Being a tradesman it is important for me to find friendly and helpful staff when visiting DIY stores. This is exactly what you get with Wickes, and staff will go above and beyond the call of duty at my local Martlesham branch. All the staff bar none are fantastic !! Would highly recommend this lovely store !!

I use this store 3-4x a week and very rarely disappointed. Well stocked and staff are always helpful and cheerful. A special shout to Gemma, always jolly and very welcoming even when I've got my young kids following me around the store!
