We were advised on all options and designs without pressure to break the bank by Sarah. Quality kitchen and appliances, kept regularly informed of the status of our design of kitchen and delivery. Met Andrew James who talked us through and was professional in installing and it was very hot but didn't affect the build and decorating. Would use them again.

On the 03/02/26 I recieved a design that I liked so I purched my new bathroom on 19/02/26 from Scott at the Milton Keynes branch and it is still in my lounge, I have sent around 22 plus emails to customercentre and customer.relations, I am phoning almost every day the Wickes installation team, they all say they will chase, no-one ever calls me back!
I have had responce from a guy called Douglas, who is trying to help, but he can only do so much.
Scott came out measured my bathroom, worked out a design, which i accepted and paid nearly 6k for, its a tiny shower room, then i was told the installer would come out, and give me a price for specialist work that was £1500. then i got an invoice for £974 for private work on top! 25/04/26 I put work on hold, and contacted the planner, about these extra charges and my bathroom isnt looking like it was designed, he told me he couldnt help and I had to email customercentre, so i did on 28/04/26, the installer put the hippo bag at the bottom of my drive! How did he expect me and 2 other cars to get on the drive, we moved it closer to the house. On 8/5/26 i had to take all the old bathroom to the tip, as i needed to get my roof box out of the shed, it took me 4 trips! John from Wickes finally visited my house on 19/05/26, i went through everything i wasnt happy with, shower tray, boxing in too high, niche cut in half, after the work had started the installer told me to get a smaller shower tray, i wasnt happy as Wickes didnt sell a smaller one, had to get one from B&Q, i showed him the £170 niche that was cut in half, then the installer said there wasnt room, then decided half a niche wouldnt work either, and told me i could get some plastic storage holders inside the shower, there was 2 on the design with lights above, this was the look i wanted and paid for, on the design there was no gaps between the wall and toilet, the smaller shower tray meant a 3inch gap so he boxed in the radiator pipes, but by 43inches high, the pipes are 7inches high, john has said to box it in to the ceiling, he has taken the installers word for everything and not even looked behind the boxing in, i have unscrewed it and sent photos of whats behind to Douglas as he is the only person listening to me! he asked John to reply by 12 yesterday, no reply so he has told me he has escalated this to his manager, I am so fed up with all this mess in my home since Febuary, this is causing sleepless nights, and stress, and no downstairs bathroom since December when it all started leaking, I just want what i paid for, the installer has had 3 comany names in the passed since 10/02/25 JJS Plumbing Sevices lTD, AJP bathrooms & boilers, now SB Instalations LTD, even on my weeks holiday I was emailing Wickes, this is simply unfair, next steps is Capital Radio, and anyone else who will publish my story!

He hung up on me, disgraceful service i will NEVER EVER USE WICKES AGAIN! ill certainly be complaining to head office on monday morning about Milton Keynes branch.

I had booked an appointment with Anthony Storey at the Milton Keynes brach for a new kitchen, prior to the appointment he had made contact and I have him the details and my expectations.
When I arrived he had already prepared plans and had done a layout based on the information that I had provided which was exactly what I wanted and more.
Anthony went above and beyond to ensure I fully understood what was in the plan and ensured that I got the best price. He also assisted with getting the delivery scheduled for when I needed this.

Nathan was superb in all aspects of knowledge and advice on our new kitchen.I think the wicks technology, in how the picture the product as in computer software needs to be updated and a wider choice of products needed urgently.The chosen equivalent kitchen was a £1000 cheaper and a better product.At times it felt like your technology was ancient compared to other kitchen suppliers.I can take a flake of paint to B& Q and a computer can mix the exact same colour your computer can even match the work tops your selling.

We have recently had a self fit kitchen designed by Anthony at the Milton Keynes branch.
He listened to our needs and did a great job of designing the layout- we had to change the layout slightly but he explained the alternative and gave us options and guidance.
When we came to install, we realised we had space for a slightly bigger cupboard so we took one back and swapped with no issues and it was delivered really quickly via courier. All dealt with by Anthony.
The delivery of the actual kitchen was only complicated by a tap and the hob being temporarily out of stock which meant we had to call to arrange delivery rather than self service online. It was not clear why we couldn’t arrange the delivery ourselves which was the only thing that was annoying. We had good communication from the customer services department for the delivery of the missing things and the delivery guys were great.
The next time we need a kitchen Wickes will be at the top of the list!

I bought a tile cutter via click and collect when I had got it home I unpacked it to find it had been used it was covered in dried tile cement I immediately phoned the store which was answered by Rachel who had served me I explained the issue and that I was 15 miles from the store she then spoke to the manager and connected me to him. He was adamant that the item was new and in a sealed box as he had picked it himself he also did not offer an apology or a solution to my issue other than returning it for a replacement. As I was rather annoyed I decided to return to the store wasting another 2 hours. Fortunately the very helpful Rachel had overheard the conversation I had with the manager and spoke to someone higher who had authorised a partial refund for my inconvenience and a replacement item before I got there. When I got there The manager quickly looked at the item and showed no surprise at the condition, got another and put it on the counter and said checked and its a sealed box. The box wasn't sealed but at least the tool was unused. Still no apology from the manager. All in all I will still use Wickes as they are generally very good but hopefully won't have to deal with this particular manager again as he did not come across as customer friendly.

Went to return some taps to Milton Keynes Winterhill store because my plumber told me that they weren't suitable. Very easy, quick process. Rachel was really helpful and friendly. She made the experience feel like it was no problem at all.

Anthony from Winterhill designed both my bathroom and kitchen, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From our very first conversation, his level of customer service and support was exceptional.
He took the time to truly understand my needs, offered thoughtful and creative solutions, and guided me through every step of the process with clarity, patience and professionalism.
