Delighted I found Mark to assist me with my shopping. Unfortunately the store didn’t have exactly what I was looking for, but Mark helped me choose a suitable equivalent, and showed me to the other items I needed. It’s been a long time since I’ve had such a positive and genuine interaction with someone in a retail environment, although I could have done without my drill bit letting me down in the middle of a line of fencing, it made my day to replace it alongside some of Mark’s customer service.
I bought some drill bits, some screws,
and a club hammer, and got some fortune too.

Very helpful advice when buying paving from Sevastian

I booked an appointment for the kitchen designer to come to my house, the person came early and left early than the meeting time, when I took time out of work, arrived home 5 minutes prior, and waited for 20 minutes, no one showed. I called the store and was told that the person had left without any communication. I then booked the second appointment with a different kitchen designer, again no one turned up. I called the store again and was told the person is off sick. Although I was given the opportunity to book the third appointment on the phone, I declined and walked into Wren instead, Wren sent a person to measure my kitchen the same day, and designed my dream kitchen the following day.

Hasant went above and beyond to help me today. As I was loading my trolley with 15 bags of wood chips, he arrived with a pallet load to restock. Instead of loading my trolley, he took his pallet of wood chips to the parking lot and helped me load 15 bags into my van. Greatly appreciated his initiative and taking care of me. Thank you Hasant.

Came to Wickes today for some paint and HasanT was amazing, he assisted us with paint mixing, sandpaper and answered all our questions. Very professional lad.

Really good service from Hasant. He knew we were looking for specific paint and came to find us in the store and patiently explained our options.
He mixed and sold us what we needed and we came back for larger tins once we'd checked everything.

I bought a kitchen sink and when I opened the box it was damaged. I took it back to the Newmarket store and Justin was so helpful and apologetic although it was not his fault at all. A really positive result from a small problem.

Couldn't say more about customer service, especially Billie Hammond's expert intuitive design and responsiveness to our needs. We now have a kitchen we love and the design of a competitor would just not have been nearly as good. A switch of countertops late in the process deftly handled by Billie. Delivery team was able to drop off and collect in time for installation. Excellent quality of materials esp. for the price. Highly recommended.
