Knowledgeable and Helpful
Anita was very helpful in checking the contents of a box for the type of fitting for a toilet seat and allowing me to make a return of the fitting I had bought mistakenly earlier. Friendly, professional and nothing too much trouble. Thank you Anita and Wickes!

Good experience Wickes Northampton
Had a consultation regarding a fitted kitchen at Wickes Northampton. My meeting was with Dan. I have to say Dan is Brilliant! Of course me never having bought a kitchen before I needed things explaining to me. He spent an hour and half with me and went through every detail. A really friendly guy who was attentive and answered every question. Nothing was too much trouble for him.
In addition I have visited Wickes northampton 3 times in the last couple of weeks and each time the store manager has been on the sales floor at the sharp end! interacting with customers and staff. In fact on my last last 2 visits both the store manager and Dan recognised me and approached me for a chat. Well done Dan and store manager. A credit to the company.

Recently had my new kitchen fitted
Recently had my new kitchen fitted. After an initial welcome call from my Customer Service rep nothing until the job was nearly finished. We then discovered 6 drawer fronts were missing. I was told by someone on the phone and via text that they would be delivered today. Waited in all day.... nothing delivered. Tried to call Customer Service..... no answer. Emailed and was told they're not due for another three weeks! No-one in Customer Care gives a monkey about sorting any issues or maybe the whole department is just rubbish.

Shocking Avoid at all Cost
Only gave 1 star as not option an option to give 0 stars. Plenty of other providers don’t waste your money with Wickes . Good at start, put you will have issues with the design once you get onsite, units will be discontinued before they are delivered and customer service laughable

Not impressed ordered a bath said 10 days for delivery then when you can book a slot for delivery it makes it 3 weeks for bath not 10 days . Asked can I collect from warehouse myself told no as they are not insured for us to collect and put bath in our van.

Great service
Popped into Wickes Northampton to get some paint, what I needed wasn’t on the shelf so I approached a nice polite boy Leo who managed to locate the paint for me. Thank you very much.

Great ops manager
Great store , Gemma the ops manager has been fantastic in organising and offering wickes’ support to support local charity. The store is always clean and tidy and very informative , great product knowledge and overall very helpful.
