Very disappointing experience with the bathroom installation. Wickes should send someone out first to price up the fitter before moving forward with plans. It has left us feeling really upset with the whole process and also feeling as if I was being ripped off! Suddenly at the end of the day fitter charged too much without making us aware about those costs atleast if we know full price of everything we would have been prepared.
EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I wanted “one of those things to test for electrical sources, like a screwdriver type of thing”. Today was no different but with great assistance from Charlotte I was in and out of the store with what I wanted in no time. Friendly, patient and a great source of knowledge how. 10/10.

Wickes Visit
Priya was absolutely ten out of ten in terms of help on the shopfloor. I didn’t feel rushed at all. Sean was also an amazing help and is a massive asset to the team at Wickes.
