Amazing company. James W was very helpful. Wickes have supported a local school to better their playground. It looks fabulous and the children enjoyed using the tools too!

Easy to order on line and click and collect. Staff at Wickes Pudsey were very helpful when I went to pick up the lawnmower and carried the item to my car. Very pleasant

Came in to purchase some paintbrushes. The assistant was too busy chatting to her colleague about a doctors appointment, she never acknowledged me.
I think this is poor customer service

James at the Pudsey store went out of his way to help our community project. We needed a less common type of toilet for our bowling pavilion and he was able to provide everything we needed. We are now providing more facilities to support local female teams.

George from Pudsey was very polite, kind and supportive He was honest about what he didn't know, but still gave his absolute best - great attitude!

Had to return some tiles but was over the 28 day return window. Malcolm sorted it and accepted the return. Very much appreciated

I had an issue with a tap which was still in its Wickes 5 year guarantee and after speaking to customer services in the morning was told that I could collect a replacement from my local store which they still stocked. Although when I got to the store they'd had not had this info communicated on to them the girl on the till was very helpful and called over a guy called Macca who was able to sort out the right tap for me really quickly. I've always had a great experience at this store Click and Colect has always been super smooth and good to know when things do occasionally go wrong they'll sort it out for you

When I went to wickes I really wasn’t happy with the staff there they could clearly see I was struggling to get a big massive tub of white paint to the till plus I was pushing my daughters pram at the same time they all just stood there and looked and didn’t even help me tbh you need better staff

Our school asked for any donations for a play scheme, within a day Wickes Pudsey responded and offered a huge amount of top soil. Wonderful! Thanks!

Wickes Kitchen Nightmare, If you're thinking of buying a kitchen from Wickes DON'T go to the Pudsey branch unless you've got your own installer, as the one they sent to us was foul mouthed, intimidating, belligerent, racist, threatening and absolutely USELESS. We endured 15 days of hell with him plus 5 months of worry before we actually got a GAS certificate to let us know the house was safe and 11 months of ignored calls and emails before the kitchen was completed. NOT the dream kitchen we'd been promised but a patched up version, all because of the first installers incompetence. Had to give this review 1 star but in reality would give it MINUS 10 .

Bought 4 “Blue Slate Chippings 40mm major bag” from Wickes Pudsey. 2 of the bags were a completely different colour! I thought it could’ve been me who picked up the wrong bags but checked the labels & receipt, both confirmed that they were blue. Unfortunately the bags already had holes in them so I didn’t have much option but to lay them. What was more disappointing was the customer service when I went back to raise this. Was spoken to with a rude tone & only solution was to contact the supplier directly.
I appreciate these things can happen but even if they would’ve offered 2 bags FOC (only £10 each) could have changed the exp. Very disappointing.

Do not use wickes for a kitchen
They are a complete s..t show!
We ordered a kitchen in february 2024
After the rip out of our existing kitchen we whent 8 weeks with no kitchen at all, just 4 bare walls.
We're still waiting for a 3rd fitter sheduled to come january 2025 to rip out the new kitchen they already fitted with their muppett of a fitter.
They just dont care! Customer services, store managers, installers, installation managers, how do you lot sleep at night?
Ive never been so angry, frustrated, upset with anybody or anything as much as am with you.

Shame on you all for taking a wage for the jobs you do so badly.

Bought a vacuum with one thing missing, which is fair enough, that specific part wasn't needed. However upon getting the item back home, turns out there was two other things missing that were detrimental to the usability of the item. Mainly an air filter and an adaptor. Returned the item and was promptly lied to by the young inexperienced 'Manager' about money being back in the bank quickly. This young chap needs a new job, mainly in a McDonalds kitchen, has not one inkling of understanding of the term Customer Service & obviously thinks its okay to sell not fit for purpose goods to the general public. Save yourself the hassle and just pop down to B&Q 10 minutes away, lost a lot of upcoming and expensive custom.

They have everything you would need to decorate your house EXCEPT WALLPAPER. What's the use selling accessories for decorating if you don't sell the main item.
Oh yes......its online of course where the actual paper looks nothing like the online photos.
What a waste of time that journey was!
