Wickes - Sheffield North Opiniones 

Had my bathroom measured up last Wednesday. Today we went in to see the computer mock up, see the products and chat about my wants. We were made to feel very welcome being offered a hot drink and a bowl of water for our four legged friend. Nothing was too much trouble. Fully recommend. Louis Love was my advisor and he was very knowledgeable, friendly down to earth and approachable. Thank you.

Don't get a kitchen done by Wickes. They are incapable of delivering all the things orderd and in one piece. I am on week 4 of what should have been a 2 week job...

Customer service has been exceptional with all staff I spoke with and Mike in particular. It's a great store. 10/10

Visited the store after purchasing a kitchen to get matching paint, and other DIY items. Rich and Clare were so helpful and friendly, they made our shopping trip so easy, giving us great advice with what to purchase for the jobs we needed to do. Thank you to both of them.

One member of staff on the till waited to ask if an item was instock was told the aile it was on and how many.No other staff to be seen anywhere, found what we needed a que was forming, I had an other look around for more staff still no one about .I have a invisible disability so I can't que. The que is really long now my husband didn't think to stand in it while I was looking.
Then a door opens near kitchen area a member of staff appears I said to him I'v been looking for a member of staff there is a massive que and one staff .
He said that's where I'm going now he shouted over and served two from the que then I said to my husband come ,the member of staff said the others were before me and I was wue jumping ,I said I don't think so Iv been looking for someone to come and help.Then a woman appeared to serve on the tills also I said to him you need some customer service training he wasn't wearing a badge he said hus name was Charlie when I asked .

I had a great experience using their Bathroom design and installation service.

Sandy Bownes was my design consultant and she did an excellent job of taking my ideas and taste and turning them into a design I loved.

Wickes kindly donated materials to our special school so that we could build resources and sensory activities for our children.

A huge thank you to Michael and the team at Wickes Sheffield North for their donation of planks and ply wood to Mossbrook Special School. We now have enough materials to make every class a clonker board to use in musical interaction sessions.

Wickes are truly on the ball,
Ordered all my tiles,osb board,laminate floor,wood and glue Saturday, delivered safely before 10am Monday.
I’ve made a few orders with Wickes on line over last couple of months, I cannot fault the products, the service, or anything.
City Sprint delivered all my goods, they are just excellent. Recommend both 100%.

I applied for some funding from Wickes through their community project and liaised with Mike from Sheffield North about what they could provide. Mike was swift in his response and endeavoured to ensure my school received the supplies they needed to help construct a sandpit. He was keen to support and the materials provided have meant that we can provide an interactive outdoor play facility that promotes fun and learning.

First class service from Louis of the kitchen design team! Louis really listened to my ideas and has managed to incorporate all of my wish list in the design for a new kitchen. He is very thorough with measuring and double checking everything, explained things really clearly and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend Wickes kitchen design and I'm looking forward to seeing the fitting and end result!

From the very beginning, Louis was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient throughout the whole design process. He listened carefully to our ideas and requirements, offering creative suggestions and practical solutions to help us achieve the perfect kitchen for our home.

Came in to buy some materials for my decorating business. The lady on the till was called Julie. She was really helpful, pleasant and polite . A credit to the store.

I applied to the Wickes Community Programme for some items to the set up of our new community tree nursery in Sheffield. I was amazed when just a couple of hours later Mike at the Sheffield North store called me to say they're yours to collect when you can! Amazing service, and we really appreciate the support.
