Harris from your Shipley branch was so helpful. He worked out the amount of tiles I needed, he also help me to my car and loaded them in for me. He made my experience shopping in your store stress free. Keep up the good work Harris

Tracy at the Shipley
Tracy at the Shipley, West Yorkshire branch sorted my refund out after purchasing online.
I was passed from one department to another on the telephone trying to find out how to return goods bought online, terrible service.
