Wickes - Stirling Opiniones 

When I heard the Phil Spencer advert, brand ambassador for Wickes this swayed me to go with Wickes rather than their competitors. What a disappointment that turned out to be!
The design team and the store manager Stirling have been excellent from the start, the design and the support in trying to resolve the issues that have arisen with the kitchen.
Due to my postcode being outwith their delivery service I offered to collect from the store which was a 4 hr round trip. The kitchen was fitted and I discovered that the doors were faulty. Initially I thought it was just one door. I contacted the design consultant, who advised me to contact customer service. They were very helpful and ordered a replacement door.
It wasn’t until I saw the replacement door that I realised how bad the other doors were, it was night and day. I contacted customer services and sent photos, they agreed and said they would look into it as it would appear to be a “bad batch”. I also emailed customer relations, who never replied.
I received an email from customer service and was told “this is incredibly common and we do see it a lot”. I asked if this was the case why would you continue to sell a product that was clearly not fit for purpose?
Customer service offered replacement doors (6), they offered to courier them, explaining there would be a delay, they did not respond when I asked how long. I offered to collect them to avoid further delay. I received numerous text and emails advising when the doors would be delivered to the store. I arrived within the timeframe however after waiting a couple of hours I left! I appreciate this was outwith their control however I then had to make arrangements to collect them and for a joiner to replace them.
Customer service apologised for any confusion caused. They advised they “did experience some issues with similar door finishes several years ago”, “recent investigations carried out with our supplier have concluded that the deterioration seen in this instance is consistent with moisture ingress rather than an inherent manufacturing defect”. “As such, this is not considered a common or widespread issue with the product range currently on sale”. However it is clear from the photos I sent that there was no “moisture ingress” (6 doors) no swelling of the wood, splitting, rather the joints had been badly put together.
Customer service apologised for the “inconvenience experienced”, “the communication issues surrounding the replacement doors”, “disappointment”, “the additional time/travel required to collect them” and “additional costs incurred” and concluded “due to our further investigations we have done with regard to splitting joints, we would not class this as a fault so unfortunately we wouldn't be able to offer any form of gesture of goodwill at this time.
We raised the replacement doors for you in our previous emails to support with a resolution”.

I am extremely disappointed with the kitchen I purchased and the response from customer services. I would not use or recommend Wickes.

Delivered the wrong insulation, then scheduled delivery for the next day but were unable to tell me a time. Live chat was useless and nobody answered the phone when I called the store. I now have no floor in my bedroom and workmen sent home because there are no materials for them to work with. Absolutely shoddy, will not be ordering from them again.

From the help with design through to the installation I can honestly say I’d never go anywhere else when it comes to getting a new kitchen fitted
Louise helped my wife coordinate the colours and style of the kitchen and it worked out perfectly we can’t thank her enough. Fitting was carried out by Mareks. He’s not a typical kitchen installer more a craftsman. The kitchen installation was flawless and has transformed a large part of our home. Honestly Wickes, these staff are an absolute compliment to you and we can’t thank them enough.

I need to repaint a room that has been damaged from water via leaking roof & Wickes have an offer on some paint, (which is what I call good timing), & as I live over an hour via public transport from the nearest Wickes, I ordered online with delivery.
Apparently receiving what you order online is too much to ask for from some companies (looking at you, B&Q); so I am happy to say I actually received what I ordered.

Last year, I lived in Carlisle & offered & was paid by the landlord to repaint the entire flat I lived in. I couldn't carry 8 tins of paint, obviously; so I ordered delivery when in store.
The Carlisle staff were really helpful suggesting the best paint & helping me pick a nice neutral colour. (Landlord's request. We choose 305, Cream for the flat; mould resistant white for the bathroom. White tile paint for the kitchen. Cheaper than re-tiling)

I found finding & ordering what I needed online really easy & full tracking was provided with delivery slots avaliable, which is a great help when one works full time.

I have recently moved house, as a single mum with 2 kids it has been really daunting. Wickes Stirling have been so helpful. In particular Jack, who has helped me with paint, toilet seats and skirting boards and more. I am so grateful for his guidance and patience.

Having researched a few companies regarding a kitchen installation we decided to choose Wickes for this project. Jasmine Geor was our first port of contact and she did a wonderful job in designing a kitchen to suit our needs. Also she was there when we had any concerns.
SH Joinery who carried out the installation did a great job. They were very professional and asked us if we had any minor alterations before they finalised individual components.
The bottom line is, we couldn't have asked for a better company to deliver and install our dream kitchen.
PS The customer service department were also exceptional regarding any queries we had.
