Wickes is honestly like my second home! ❤️ The staff are always absolutely amazing, so friendly, welcoming and helpful. They are especially lovely with my daughter and always make us feel so welcome. Fran is amazing

Amazing customer service from Jane
I visited the store yesterday and met Jane. Wow, what an amazing member of staff! She guided me through a long and complicated return of many items with the patience of a saint. She never gave up trying to resolve muddled paperwork until all was accounted for and refunded.
Her great customer service extended to advising me about appropriate handles and hinges for the doors I also purchased at the time, and organising their delivery.
Finally, taking my car registration as she realised I had been in the store longer than the permitted parking time. Every store needs a Jane. Thank you so much for looking after me, I really appreciated your support. I couldn't have done it without you.

Excellent job
Having had our kitchen from wickes we decided to get some ideas from them for a new bathroom.
The bathroom designer Neil was very helpful and came up with an excellent design, and guided us through the whole process.
The installer Russ and all the other tradesmen involved were very professional and tidy. They have done a top class job.
