Im a regular at wickes and it's always a pleasure to see Tracy, she's absolutely lovely and always makes everyone happy, she is an asset to wickes, thank you Tracy.

Angela Chinyere designed our kitchen perfectly to meet our needs. Nothing was too much trouble, with my multiple changes!

Our fitter, Paul Lenny, was amazing and did a brilliant job. We found him polite, accommodating and very professional, the kitchen looks amazing.

We couldn't be more pleased :-)

I had some problem with my returns, but the operational manager Rosh sort it out nicely. Very good customer service

There’s a current issue with using gift cards on line so I was a little annoyed as I wanted a home delivery for a bulky item therefore a trip to the store seemed a waste of time. Came into the sutton branch and Roshan exceeded my expectations, fully resolved my problems, put a new online order thru with my gift cards and sorted me with next day delivery. Couldn’t ask for more. Lady on the till was also super polite and helpful.

Sam was really helpful when the mdf I was looking for was not on the correct shelf. He managed to locate it in store and found me to let me know. He then went to the trouble of using the forklift to uncover the hidden Mdf and put the sheet I needed on my trolley for me. Thanks for your help!

Skye served me 13.10.25. She was knowledgeable helpful and polite. She even helped me by lifting heavy titles into my boot. Fantastic customer service

Came into the store to get some information about plastering items as have had some works carried out. I was greeted by Oliver who asked me what I was looking for and when I explained I was looking for ready mixed plaster he showed me all the different types of products on offer. Could not give enough praise to Oliver for his help.

Sutton Wickes have a good service.
