Wickes - Swindon Opiniones 

Apart from a mal-functioning with Wickes computer 💻 saying the item I wanted was out of stock… luckily I had the wherewithal to actually check myself ( after being a bit lazy and just asking at the desk!) low and behold, loads of said items were there! So after loading up the trolly and paying; a wonderfully helpful lad called Theo helped me with my purchases to load them into the car … Thank you

Liv was very helpful and spent alot of time helping us find a suitable toilet seat

Great service professional advice and great product

I visited the Swindon branch today and, unable to find the item I went for, spoke to Morris. He spent a very long time looking for this item which, it turns out, had been moved due to a temporary in-store display. Morris kept looking until he found it - excellent service.

So im in a wheelchair.
And asked for assistance, and a friendly guy called Liam appeared.
I had a long list of items I required as just moved house.
Liam was super helpful.very friendly very knowledgeable.
He knew where everything was and I got everything on my list.
Wickes should be proud to employ such a great staff member.
Liam was truly great 👍

I arrived wanting to buy a dozen bags of the 100l bark chippings Wickes had on offer. Sold at an excellent price, I asked Liam, who was on the till, if I could pay once I’d loaded my car as I wasn’t sure how many bags would fit. He offered to help me load up.
I didn’t think that was necessary but the bags were jam packed full and very heavy. I literally couldn’t have loaded them myself. Not once did Liam make me feel like a ‘weak female shopper’ - he just helped, engaging with gentle chitchat and good humour.
I couldn’t ask for better service. Liam is a credit to Wickes - thank you!

Theo went out of his way to find the product I needed.

I just got somethings I needed and they are very heavy so they called a young guy to help me. His name was LIAM he was very helpful. Always get very good service in my wicks in swindon.

I had a first class experience. Millie was extremely helpful. She was very patient and answered all my questions fully. She explained everything well and supported me through my decision making wonderfully. I can't speak too highly of her.

I returned a faulty Karcher patio cleaner today and was served by Charlotte.

Charlotte quickly understood the issue I had and quickly confirmed that the item would be replaced.

A very quick and easy solution found by Charlotte and great customer service.

Visited the other day, super helpful staff, Melinda helped me to sign up with the Trade Pro club which saved me £20.

The 2 employees couldn’t have been more helpful when we needed help with some sand bags.
Liam took them out to the car and loaded them for us…… with a smile!

Very helpful staff member, Tony, took me directly to the product I was looking for, after another staff member had waved vaguely in a direction that was incorrect.

I visited the Swindon store on 16 May and was served by Liam. I needed three heavy bags of cement but as a 60 year old woman with back trouble I didn't know how to get them from the store to the car. Liam fetched a trolley, got the cement, rang it up and took it to my car and put it in the boot for me. I was so very grateful to him. Such a nice, polite helpful young man. I hope Wickes have a system for rewarding staff who go out of their way to help customers. Thank you again Liam.

Kerrie in the Swindon Store went out of his way to find me a box of screws the shelves was empty but he found me some.

I was at the Swindon store and could not find what I wanted
Liv was on the information desk she could not have been more helpful and KIND she looked up the products required helped me to select them and then took me to where they were and put them in my trolley. Excellent service and consideration - Well done Liv she deserves to go far.

The staff at Wickes Extra Swindon are excellent, Charlotte and Tony went beyond the call of duty in helping me find the wood I was looking for...I can't praise them enough.

Went today to get some paving stabs , only 3 in the bay but Charlotte on the front desk was absolutely brilliant in getting me help , and Tony the forklift driver and mo the helper got me the products very quickly and also loaded them onto my trolley, could not have asked for better help they all are a credit to this store
