Wickes - Warrington Opiniones 

This is an update to my complaint on trustpilot about WICKES, after my review WICKES said they would investigate I AM STILL WAITING

Sophie was our customer contact with Wickes in Warrington and during her visit to our home to take kitchen measurements. It was obvious we were dealing with someone who was experienced, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. When you are spending large amounts, the professionalism of a company is imperative.

We then followed up our instore appointment with Sophie and again she took us through the whole process smoothly and very confidently explaining each section as we went along. This was our deciding factor in purchasing our kitchen.

The kitchen itself has not yet been fitted but looking at what we chose it will meet our high expectations.

Unfortunately it is rare to get great customer service which is the main reason for this positive review. So we can only credit Sophie on her abilities at that she is definitely an asset for Wickes. Well done.

Just ordered a new kitchen and couldn't recommend Mohammed hassan iqbal enough, he was very helpful and friendly with me and my wife and made the entire experience stress free.

Had a kitchen design appointment, Sophie was incredibly helpful throughout the appointment; and believe she has gone above and beyond. Would definitely recommend.

Design Consultant Shaun completed a home survey, designed and costed a new kitchen.
Great service and cost and had input of some good ideas for our kitchen.
His expertise and knowledge made it a straight forward
experience.

Excellent Service from Shaun @ Warrington, can highly recommend

Spend lots at Warrington store, won't be anymore.... Paid cash for something customer didn't deem suitable but I lost receipt same day, wouldn't cash refund only credit note which is no good to me when it was cash I paid with, can't buy food and pay bills with a sh###y voucher, won't be getting my or customers money ever again, pathetic

Staff in this store are excellent always willing to help and very knowledgeable about the products on offer.

During my visit on 8.10.24, I felt that the advisor displayed a noticeable lack of interest in assisting me with my kitchen inquiries. From the onset of our interaction, I sensed an instant dislike towards me, which made it quite uncomfortable to discuss my needs and preferences. Furthermore, I felt that my input was undermined, which left me feeling disregarded as a customer.
Needless to say I took my business elsewhere.
I believe that every customer deserves to be treated with respect and consideration, and I hope to see improvements in the training and customer service approach of your team.

Went into Wickes to look at bathroom fixtures, Carl was there to help and put us onto Sophie. A few minutes later and we were advised that we could have a bathroom designed and installed by Wickes taking the lead role. A plan was designed and accepted and a provisional start date given. Installation went well and trouble free, including jobs requested of the installation team.

We called at Warrington branch today to look at bathroom sanitary goods. Vicky was already busy, but took the time to listen to our queries, and advise and help us order what we needed. Wish every company had a ‘Vicky’ so friendly and helpful.

Looking for filler for patio, not knowing what to get. Steve not only advised me where to look and suggested options, but he took me to the product and explained best way to use and how to get the best results.

Recently bought a kitchen off Carl brilliant service very helpful from start to finish nothing to much trouble would definitely recommend.

Had a kitchen designed by Sophie a design consultant at the Warrington store, excellent experience from start to finish nothing was too much trouble, great price as well way below wot I was expecting very helpful and informative,
