Went to Wickes to buy fencing, approached Mark who was really helpful. Mark found a trolley and helped me lift panels onto the trolley, Mark is a true gentleman and deserves recognition.

We had such a lovely experience with Robbie, a kitchen designer. He came out to our home to take measurements and was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and full of useful advice, taking the time to explain everything and making sure we felt comfortable with the whole process.

What really stood out was how friendly and approachable he was. He was so easy to talk to, listened to what we wanted and made us feel at ease straight away. It’s so refreshing to meet someone who genuinely seems to care about helping you get things right.

Robbie is a real credit to Wickes, and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us with our new kitchen. Thank you, Robbie, for making the experience so positive and enjoyable. We would highly recommend him to anyone thinking of having a new kitchen designed!

We spoke to Dawid Owczarek, a kitchen designer at Wickes Waterlooville, who drew up plans for our new resigned kitchen. Dawid was extremely thorough, offering suggestions and helping us to make changes that would work, He organised the installation team, Chris and Callum and also Scott the electrician. There was full communication between us and the team at all times. They all worked to a high standard. We are extremely pleased with the finished product and cannot thank them all enough. A true professional and excellent communicator, Kinda used her expertise and thorough product knowledge to make suggestions and, in an imaginative way, incorporated all the features we requested into the design of our kitchen and bathroom. We are very grateful to Kinda for making the experence a pleasant one, for her patience, her skill and ongoing support throughout the project.

Installation team was great, Keanu's follow up was good from delivery to completion of project. Steve (Home Enhancers Ltd), the installer was very efficient and organised, great trader. Flexible with modification needed.

Kitchen fitter Owen from Prestige Kitchens LTD. Awful, had to get taken off the job. We are still finding issues with our kitchen now. He chipped the worktop and tried hiding it by glueing the piece back on. He glued the skirting board back on in the hallway with huge gaps, the sink didnt line up and we had to send photos to the installation manager for it to actually be redone. He then came back and re did the worktop and packed it with cardboard which is now disintegrating. We have only had this kitchen a few months.

Store was fairly well stocked although didn’t have all the items we needed. Demo kitchens and bathrooms were well laid out and gave us a few ideas for our new house. Staff very friendly and helpful

First class service from Garry today who helped me with 3 bags of bark. Genuinely happy to assist me and the price of the bark was good too. Thank you

Very Pragmatic and gives excellent advice.

We have used him a few times.

The last quote he gave me Howden’s have offered me a better deal on preassembled units and they are built better than the Wickes ones.

The only thing Howden’s haven’t got the work tops, so I will have to source them from somewhere else as need 4m length.

We were made very welcome and it soon became clear we were in exceptional hands.

With total professionalism, friendliness and the patience of a saint, Kinda worked with us over a several meetings to design a wonderful vision down to the finest detail accommodating all our wishes.

Moreover, she went to great lengths to get us the best possible discounts and price explaining each option very clearly.

Our experience with Kinda was second to none and all our interaction with the rest of the Team at the store was delightful.

We cannot rate the service we received highly enough and would wholeheartedly recommend Kinda and the team at Wickes Waterlooville without reservation.

We visited three different kitchen designers before making our decision, and Kinda Ibrahim genuinely stood out from everyone we met.

I have recently had my kitchen resdigned by Dawid Owczarek and he has done a fantastic job!
He first came round to get some measurements and ask some questions, and then only the next week, I met him in store to go over the design.
The layout, colours, and use of space were all amazing and just what I had in mind. It’s now being delivered next week!

Robbie designed my kitchen and it was absolutely perfect. The effort and thought that went into every steps was nothing short of incredible. Together we built part of my dream home and I was beyond happy with the outcome and total price. Wicks team (waterloovile) supported me the entire way and made every single bit of effort to help what could've been a stressful process for me - easy!
