Ordered x2 radiators online and…
Ordered x2 radiators online and delivered promptly
However my fault I ordered the wrong size on x1 radiator so retuned it to my local store in Weston super mare and they were great dealing with it.
But now the issues I have had no confirmation that the radiator has been excepted back I know it has been collected as your store told me it has been and 15 days after it has been collected still no refund I don’t really want to pay a 3rd vist to store as this is time consuming for me

I have nothing but praise for the staff…
I have nothing but praise for the staff at Wickes Weston Super Mare. We needed a new kitchen for our church hall and they very kindly helped us with this! When I spoke to the staff instore they couldn't do enough to help me and even carried a box to the car as it was too heavy for me. Our community is so grateful to Wickes for their kindness.

Brilliant experience at the Weston super Mare Branch.
We had our bathroom designed by Mark in the Weston super Mare branch and he did a great job! Although we already had some ideas, he used these and suggested some innovative improvements which resulted in a fantastic design which we loved. The price was competitive and Wickes coordinated everything so all parts were delivered on the same day. The finished result looks great. I would definitely revisit again.

Poor service from Weston super Mare
Order not delivered. No contact from store to explain delivery issue. Courier is City Sprint Bristol - they won't accept my calls and Wickes can't get a replacement courier. Workmen here unable to do anything without materials.

A super new kitchen experience throughout.
Our new kitchen is now complete and I want to thank Mark Tiernan, kitchen designer and Chris Holmes, lead installer for a super experience throughout. The Wickes team were so much more professional and helpful than their competitors in helping us realise the design we wanted and incorporating novel elements of which we had not been aware. Chris was extremely well organised; his communication was excellent before and during installation, he minimised disturbance to us; he worked tidily including with the wall removal and making good; he ensured the plumber and electrician were there as and when needed with no delays and all were pleasant and undemanding to work with.
The whole experience was efficient, professional and impressive. We have a lovely kitchen with adequate floor and cupboard space and trust the performance of the installation will match up to its promise over time.

Recently bought some paint and stones for my garden from wickes to give my garden a little makeover. The team were very friendly, helpful and gave me advice on the different ranges to chose something that would work best for my new project. Excellent service, will shop with them again in the future.

Great design!
We recently had a utility room designed by Mark Tiernan (WSM branch) and fitted by Chris Cubitt. The great design meant that we made the most of a small space and the handleless units work perfectly. Thanks to Mark for his great design and ideas! He was so helpful throughout the whole process.
