Rachael Camilleri was absolutely excellent at breaking through this app that was giving me an absolute pain. She had the patience to take me through even cared and considerate about my breathing difficulties since I've been sanding so much she wished me well served me well we need more people like her around.
Well done, HR you did a good job this time can't say that same about the rest of them.
