Beautiful mirror, seamless delivery and they even sent me mirror leaner fittings free of charge after I informed them I was planning to place my mirror above a fireplace and wasn’t too sure about how to secure it.

Great service after ordered the wrong initial size and replace with a 120cm diameter circular mirror. After order was confirmed, it was delivered promptly and with a very friendly delivery. Overall excellent and much appreciated - thank you!

Bought from William Wood multiple times for the quality of the mirrors and the excellent delivery service. Why four stars on this occasion then, the mirror came with a minor defect (but was noticeable enough to be annoying) and initially customer services denied they could see the issue asking for more photos when it was apparent from the original photos there was an issue. First time I’ve encountered an issue with one of the mirrors and whilst it was resolved satisfactorily on second email, I did feel like customer services could have been better on first contact. Generally though pleased with the mirror and would buy from this company again.

Grrat quality & speedy delivery

The two end tables supplied have various defects in the marble. There are lots of voids, cracks and are very poorly finished. Considering the cost and the time we waited, I will not be buying any further marble products. Very disappointed.

William Wood were very aggressive and their delivery driver swore at me on the phone at 07:30am.

They sent me the wrong lamp and have made it very difficult to return it. They are unable to tell me when they will collect it and they won’t refund me until they have it back. There are no options for me to send it to them, I have to wait for a collection. I thought the company was better than that, I won’t order from them again.

Their driver said they are coming from Manchester and they will just show up when they’re free. I need to be in the house to return it, so this does not work.

A fantastic service from start to finish. Great selection on the website at reasonable prices. I was very impressed with the after service. Delivery was quick and there was a lot of communication to let me know when delivery was going to take place. It was a very personal service and I will definitely use you again and recommend you. I even had a personal text message from the delivery driver. One of the best services I’ve ever had. And by the way, delighted with my mirror.
