We’re sorry for the confusion caused by the wording of the sign-up message.
It appears that you saw our sign-up pop-up offering 30% off during our Warehouse Privé event this coming Sunday between 8pm–9pm. The sign-up box is there for customers to enter their email address and join our mailing list, and the discount code will be provided by email at 8pm on Sunday when the event begins.
The sign-up pop-up does clearly state the date and time of the Warehouse Privé event, and the purpose of entering your email address is to receive the event information and discount code at the time it is live.
We apologise for any misunderstanding ad we hope this clarifies how the offer works.

After some initial issues with my previous order, I contacted William Wood and was fortunate to have Sky, Customer Service Manager, personally deal with my concerns.
Sky was incredibly helpful, professional and supportive throughout the whole process. She went above and beyond to make things right and personally ensured the mirror was checked before dispatch.
The mirror has now arrived perfectly packaged, undamaged and exactly as ordered.
