Beautiful Mirrors, brilliant service
Delivery of both mirrors was on time & I was given plenty of notice of my delivery. Unfortunately I had to send one back, not because of the product but because of an error on my side, the return was as good as the delivery, collected in the time given with plenty of notice of collection & i was refunded literally 2 days later. Excellent service, very happy with the mirror I kept, it looks absolutely fabulous in my bedroom. I would highly recommend purchasing from William Wood.

William Wood mirrors are the best!
I had my second William Wood mirror delivered yesterday and I’m so happy with it. They are heavy sturdy mirrors so when in place (if freestanding on the floor) they won’t move!
I have the large Arcus in gold for both my lounge and main bedroom and they look amazing.
Delivery was great from order to delivery was 5 working days. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent products and Customer Service
I’ve been really impressed with my experience with William Wood. I purchased the Sienna travertine conical shade table lamp and the Marbelle travertine coasters, and both are absolutely beautiful. The quality is excellent and they look fabulous in my home.
A special mention also has to go to Paddy, the delivery driver, who was courteous, friendly and professional. He arrived on time, kept me well informed with good communication and made the delivery experience completely seamless.
I also want to mention the customer service team, who were excellent throughout. When I had a small issue with the lamp, they dealt with it promptly, professionally and fairly, and I was very happy with the resolution. It’s reassuring to know that their customer service is just as good as the products.
I am really pleased with my purchases and would have no hesitation in ordering from William Wood again. A lovely company to deal with, from ordering and delivery through to customer service.

The colour described and the pictures…
The colour described and the pictures of the mirror say concrete which is grey, but the mirror is actually beige. Which is false advertising.

We’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the colour of the mirror and that it did not meet your expectations.
We do show the colour and finish of the product in the images provided, although we appreciate that colours can appear differently depending on lighting conditions and the surrounding environment, particularly when comparing studio photography with how a product looks in the home.
The concrete finish is intentionally created using a blend of beige, cream and grey tones to achieve the overall concrete effect, rather than being a solid grey colour.
We can see that the mirror has since been returned and that a full refund has been issued. We’re sorry that the product wasn’t what you were expecting and appreciate you giving us the opportunity to resolve this for you.
