I recently visited the Greenwich showroom in London, where I met my lovely designer, Tishaun. He created a beautiful kitchen for me and was incredibly helpful throughout my entire experience with Wren. I would rate him 5 stars for his attention to detail, patience, and the time he spent supporting me when everything started going wrong with Wren.
Unfortunately, my overall experience with the company was disappointing. The surveyor who measured my kitchen made major errors, which caused unnecessary stress and delays. The delivery team arrived on time, but they brought the wrong item, and several items were missing. My installation, which should have taken a week, ended up taking a month.
The product itself is good, but if it weren’t for my designer, Tishaun, I would have returned the entire kitchen and chosen a different company. For that reason, I’m giving Wren 1 star, but 5 stars for Tishaun’s exceptional service.

Tried to get a quote for a built in wardrobe. Intial appointment mesurments were fine. After that it all went down hill. Company that markets itself for custom made furniture told me they can’t make wardrobe to desired specs. Was told would be provided a quote online since the designer was not able to make the design work in the store. Got ghosted for a week and had to call back. In the end I never even received the quote.

Poor customer service, semi knowledgable designers. Faced many issues all through the order and now going through stage of installing the kitchen and again mistakes. Hopefully will be all good at the end but the overal experience for sure hasnt been pleasant for something that supposed to be positive and exciting experience. Would not recommend.

I rarely leave reviews, but our experience with the Wren Greenwich Showroom has been so poor, I wanted to share.
While the initial design appointment was positive, it quickly became clear that most of their effort goes into securing your deposit. After that point, customer service declined dramatically. We spent weeks chasing responses, which caused delays to both our fitting and the delivery of the kitchen.
When the kitchen finally arrived, one of the units was completely the wrong size because they had failed to include our alcove in the plans. This was despite two site measurements, separate photos we sent, and multiple follow-up calls specifically to ensure everything would fit. In the end, our builders had to resolve the issue themselves.
They also failed to supply us with a sink, having incorrectly recorded that we would provide our own—even though we it was clearly stated in every appointment that they would be supplying it.
The most concerning issue, however, was that they sold us a butler sink unit (for the Butler sink that they were also meant to supply) alongside a laminate worktop. Our builder immediately flagged this as unsuitable on delivery. When we raised this with Wren, they admitted it should not have been sold to us as it is widely accepted that it is not advisable to pair a Butler sink with a laminate surface, due to the risk of water ingress and damage to the worktop. Our builder raising this was the first time we had been made aware and at no point had our designer warned us of this potential issue. Despite this, they have refused to refund the cost of the sink we had to purchase separately.
They also continue to show images on their website featuring a laminate worktop with a butler sink, even after we raised concerns that this is not advisable.
Overall, this has been a genuinely terrible experience. While their deals may seem attractive, it is absolutely not worth the stress, delays, and time we’ve had to invest to fix their mistakes. I would absolutely not recommend them & wish we had listened to friends bad experiences before we went ahead with the kitchen!

Appalling customer care - no response about incorrect delivery, refund of missing item, refund of unwanted item, no signed contract received, information requested on finance not provided, Wren refuse to liaise with designated fitter who I have specifically requested be contacted

I had a fantastic experience at the Wren Kitchens Showroom Greenwich. The staff are absolutely brilliant—attentive, helpful, and truly dedicated to excellent customer care.
A special mention goes to Adil, who went above and beyond. If you visit, definitely ask for him. He takes his time to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your kitchen design and never gets impatient, even if you need things explained more than once or aren’t sure what you want. His professionalism and patience really stand out.
P.S. He deserves a raise!

I was happy with my visits to Wren, being showed what was available according to my budget. And thought we were advised and taken through the different designs sufficiently. The designer was good at answering all my questions too.
There were however a few things to note:
• At one point when I was ready to finalise my kitchen and place the order, nobody was getting back to me. I found out the designer was on leave, but there was no one to cover him which delayed finalising the design by like a month.
• The kitchen order is fairly bulky with lots of information. The designer added handles to the order even though we discussed I’d buy those separately. Thankfully I did notice but that would have put me back over £100 if I hadn’t.
• The designer didn’t mention that the shelves in the bottom unit would be half shelves. As I said the confirmation is quite bulky, so it’s difficult to take in all the information. But this something the designer should definitely mention up front and in person.
• In my kitchen there’s a gap on the corner side which is unsightly. The design showed that a panel could cover this, however the order pack didn’t actually include this extra panel. I’m not a fitter nor a designer so I can’t quantify each panel and determine what piece goes where. So this is something that Wren should have included.
And just an extra thing to note is that replacements were provided pretty easily but can take a couple days to be delivered, so something to speak about with whoever does the fitting. I personally got an independent fitter.

Excellent experience with Wren Kitchens Greenwich
I ordered and planned my kitchen at Wren Kitchens Greenwich, and I had a fantastic experience. The sales consultant Aditi truly impressed me with her professionalism and attention to detail. She was very knowledgeable, polite, and a pleasure to communicate with throughout the whole process.
Aditi took the time to understand my needs, answered all my questions clearly, and made the planning process smooth and stress-free. Her friendly attitude and professional approach made a big difference.
Highly recommend Wren Kitchens Greenwich, especially if you get the chance to work with Aditi. Thank you for such a great service!

I paid over £6,000 for a kitchen island installed by Wren in April 2025. Within days, I reported multiple defects, including poor-quality installation, a poorly designed cupboard door that caused injury when opening, poorly fitted built-in fridge and internal shelving cut to the wrong size.
Over the following three to four months, I have sent them numerous emails but their response is unbelievably slow and irresponsible. Wren arranged several contractor visits. Some contractors failed to attend; others attended only to inspect the issues. No repairs were actually carried out. I repeatedly wasted time waiting at home, and it became clear that Wren had not properly qualified or managed their installers or contractors. I was even asked to contact contractors directly myself.
Having lived in the property for four months and still being unable to properly use the island, I was eventually forced — with Wren’s agreement — to hire my own independent contractors to correct the defects. This cost £450 involved, 2 workers for a full day working, properly rectifying issues caused by Wren’s original installation.
Wren acknowledged the defects but refused to reimburse the full cost. They paid only £300, describing it as a “gesture of goodwill,” claiming the work should have taken one person one day. This completely ignores the actual scope of the remedial work and the fact that these problems were entirely caused by Wren’s own installation and months of inaction.
To be clear, I am not seeking payment for work I carried out myself. I am seeking reimbursement for the cost of correcting Wren’s mistakes — mistakes they had multiple opportunities over several months to resolve and failed to do so. A customer should not have to pay out of pocket to fix a company’s own errors.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Wren Kitchens.
Poor workmanship.
Poor after-sales service.
Poor contractor management.

Had an absolutely awful experience with Wren. First of all, we specifically asked for a washer dryer and the person assured us the washing machine we ordered was one, but it’s not. Second of all, they couldn’t get the whole kitchen in so they said they’d come again with everything flat packed. They can again after a couple of days and nothing was flat packed. They informed us that flat packing takes at least two weeks. At that point we had our entire kitchen cleared out and the installer booked so we could hardly wait for two weeks. (Also they came at like 7am). They tried to pressure us into signing some kind of document that would leave the responsibility for getting it all in with us. We declined. They came again the next day and luckily the installer managed to get everything in somehow.
Also they broke our oven in transit so we had to wait several weeks for redelivery.
This was all 8 months ago and our kitchen still isn’t finished!
The installer damaged the door on our big cupboard. Ordered a new one, which arrived after he was done with the rest. The replacement door has been in our living room for the past 8 months. My husband calls wren every week and they always claim to get in touch with the installer or send a new one or that they will call us again tomorrow. None of that has ever happened.

Wren did everything 100% right, right up until the install happened. The people who came to do the install didn’t know how to install the Wi-Fi setting for the kitchen lights and now it’s been in a few months since the install, little cracks are beginning to show in their workmanship - mainly the baseboards weren’t fitted properly so are starting to fall out. Ive spoken to wren to get this rectified and they won’t do anything about it so I’m having to arrange to get this rectified separately. The collection of the old kitchen took nearly a month to happen so I couldn’t use my kitchen/lounge during that time and nobody really seemed to care. The only interest was getting my money - which was a lot. Safe to say, I will never use wren again and nor will I recommend them.

What started out so well has now become an absolute circus. Our kitchen has been built and we are unable to get worktops for a MONTH. No flexibility, promised us temporary work tops which was a small piece of wood with a hole in, no handles for the entire kitchen, the head office are embarrassingly poor and generally clueless. They spelt my surname wrong their end and then refused to speak to me because of their admin error. Sent an extra cupboard which they’ve charged us for, set of drawers came with paint damage. The customer service from wren has been awful beyond belief. Looks like you’re either lucky or not with wren and we’ve definitely been unlucky. Awful company, awful head office and poor shoddy service.

From the minute I stepped into the store at Greenwich I felt comfortable, the person who dealt with me from start to finish was amazing, a very nice young man with very good manners his name is Adil, nothing was too much for him to answer my questions or show me things, he treated me with the utmost respect, he was kind and considerate and made sure I understood exactly what was going to happen every step of the way, his knowledge of his job is top class.
