Very rude driver and inefficient service. I had my son with a fever in the car, and I was stuck in a petrol station with the wrong fuel. When I called them, they said their driver would be there in half an hour, but the driver came after 1.5 hours; the first thing he said was, "Your wrong fuel is your fault, not mine." He wasted another 0.5 hours because of using inefficient equipment.
They charge you in advance and promise to provide service in 0.5 hours, but once the payment is in place, they do not care anymore. Not recommended at all.

After 8 years of owning a diesel car, I filled up with petrol, drove about half a mile before I could turn into a side road, I thought this was going to cost me hundreds of £££s, after be towed home, the recovery driver gave me the wrong fuel Dr's no. They came to my house on a Sunday morning car was up and running within 40 minutes, can't thank them enough, highly recommend.

Wow, never thought it would happen to me but on 3/3/2024 I filled my diesel Imax with High octane unleaded (dark blue pump handle). The register guy at the apco servo had no hesitation recommending the 'Wrong fuel Doctor"so I rang and spoke to Mitch who was so helpfull and available. Mitch had my car drained, refuelled and back on the road within 1.5 hrs which I thought was amazing as he had to drive from Werribee to geelong to my location. I cant say enough about Mitch's can do friendly attitude. So if you want to tell someone who cares :Ring Mitch !!

On Saturday 11th November, I filled my nearly empty petrol car with diesel just outside Watford. Fortunately, I realised my mistake in time and didn’t start the engine. It was the culmination of an incredibly stressful week, and I was just about in meltdown mode, not helped by the garage personnel being very unhelpful and giving me the wrong postcode. I was all set to call out my breakdown company, when my husband (at home in Wales) suggested I call Wrong-fuel doctor. They promised to be with me in 15 mins, which turned out to be half an hour, through no fault of theirs, but because I had given them an incorrect postcode! A lovely, cheerful young man, Ferenc Ladanyi (Frank), appeared and nothing was too much trouble. He was very reassuring and got me sorted in no time. I can’t thank him enough for his efficiency and kindness. Yes, this is an expensive service, but as time was of the essence for me, he got me back on the road far quicker than breakdown and garage would have done. And I am so grateful that Frank was completely unfazed by me being so upset. Would use this service again ( although I hope I never have to!!!) and would recommend it to anyone unfortunate enough to have made the same mistake as me. Thank you Wrong-fuel Doctor, and Frank in particular.

Quoted £240 from RAC and only paid £125. Mario arrived a little later than expected but his service was excellent. An extremely pleasant and professional guy

Put £60 worth of fuel in a diesel engine on Friday night at around 5pm. Initially phoned the AA, but they said that they were pulsing be able to get there until 2am. Then phoned the Wrong Fuel Doctor, and I was quoted a price £90 cheaper than the AA and Mario arrived within half an hour. Mario was absolutely fantastic - brilliant bloke and really helpful. After 45 mins he had completely drained the fuel, recharged my battery, and my car was back up and running.

I recently needed this service and it was great.
He got there super fast, knows what he is doing, and saved me from a disaster.

Ok Wednesday hump day suns happy days take off . need fuel stop put some in and back on the rd . Then 30km into the drive I start to feel the surge the surge ohh done it again petrol in my diesel After a bit of stuff around and thinking cars buggered , done it again a friendly phone call to wrong fuel rescue or doctor had my location snd enough info for one of the doctors to contact me . Within 5 mins doctor Scott rang and said 50mins he be there . So no more than 50 mins , big Scott with his rescue truck was by my side giving me full confidence he was going to make my truck all better and back on road , in this I’m thinking no way bull he is hving a laugh , well Scotty to the rescue he was prompt , answered all Questions had his safety signs out and had the situation under perfect control within 30 mins my truck was purring like normal . Holy what a life saver so he the doctor Scotty no uni but he sure did fix the fuel situation. . Coukdnt have thought of a better outcome for a thing I done . Called Wrong Fuel Doctor after being an idiot and putting petrol in a diesel car. The operative struggled to find my location or understand the security arrangements. I was told within the hour and asked to message my exact location and the call was ended, which I did promptly. An hour later when I called I was told my location had not been received. There had been no follow up call to confirm receipt or ask again. The wait time was then another 2 hours. Perhaps a follow up call would be helpful to avoid frustrating situations such as this. Went with a local guy who sorted it promptly and professionally.

Accidentally Put petrol in my diesel Landcruiser. Rang Mitch from Wrong Fuel Dr
Arrived within 40 minutes and drained 150 litres into the tank in the back of his van. Siphoned the diesel lines to the filter in the motor compartment, lucky no petrol went into the fuel rail.Mitch was very professional in the way he explained each operation. After all the fuel was taken out he put 12 litres of diesel into fuel tank so we could get to the service station. Highly recommend

Incredibly speedy response to our call. Call handler very helpful. Florian (our engineer) was extremely professional and reassuring throughout the whole process. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Wow, what can I say about this business. Firstly, they came within the hour that was said. I was greeted by Atillia whom was professional and very kind. Within half an hour the job was done.
