Excellent all round
I took delivery of my new bed yesterday and am absolutely delighted with it - looks beautiful and a wonderful addition to my home! Really pleased to be able to buy from a small company and love the fact that each bed is made to order. Customer service from start to finish has been excellent, very attentive and responsive. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I am delighted with my Sophie bed which I had been promising myself for a number of years, and I am not disappointed.
Great follow up from the company’s customer service team to clarify order, delivery and to then check all good with bed, installation and delivery. Couldn’t fault them.

The bed is fantastic
The bed is fantastic, very well made, sturdy and pretty to boot. It took 6 weeks to be made and was absolutely worth waiting for, then was delivered and assembled for us in a matter of minutes. I'm really pleased with it and would absolutely recommend the Wrought Iron and Brass Bed Company

Well made bed
We bought a new bed frame and bed base from this Company. The product is great quality (and made in this country) and the customer service has been brilliant. Neil did a great job in delivering and assembling it. We are delighted with our new bed.

From my first'phone call to Nikki right through to delivery I cannot fault this company.
I was given a 6 week time line and on the dot the mattress was delivered.
I was informed every step of the way. The 2 man delivery team called half an hour before arrival and did a great job!
The mattress isn't cheap but then how could it be? The materials, craftsmanship and hand finishes are costly. BUT a good night's sleep is genuinely priceless.
If you are thinking about investing in a new mattress this company will not let you down. A great experience AND a great night's sleep.

UPDATE AFTER 2 WEEKS
Just flipped and turned the mattress.
After 2 weeks I can confirm this is the most comfortable mattress I have ever owned. It is completely supportive.
I have always been a 4 hr sleeper- awake at 2 am/ 4am etc. Now I sleep for 7 hrs straight. This purchase has literally changed my life. Fantastic product!!

Amazing Iron double bed frame! excellent quality and service
I ordered one of the double bed frames from iron & brass company - it arrived yesterday and I was really very impressed with the quality - it has a lovely finish and is clearly made with alot of care and attention. The delivery was on time and they built the bed for me where I needed it. Overall I was extremely impressed with the product, the process and the overall service. This is a great product and a great company who clearly value their product and their customers. Excellent experience

Poor Quality and Service.
We purchased a king-sized wrought iron bed from this company and were very disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service provided. The bed arrived with obvious issues that should have been identified during quality checks prior to delivery.
Due to the poor overall experience, we eventually purchased a replacement iron bed from another high-end bed company in the South of England. The difference in build quality and customer service was significant and far superior to what we originally received.
Overall, based on our experience, I would not recommend this company.

Throughout the process, we worked closely with you to address the concerns raised and offered several solutions to resolve the matter.
The dispute was ultimately concluded through the appropriate channels, with a refund provided and the matter settled in January 2026.
Whilst we respect your right to hold a different view, we do not believe this review reflects the full history of the case or the considerable efforts our team has made over an extended period to support you and reach a resolution.

I have not long had my bed ‘Grace’ delivered.
It is a wonderful bed to look at and fits nicely in my loft space.
I chose ‘Grace’ because it wouldn’t overwhelm the space I had.
The service I received from beginning up until delivery and assembly has been fantastic.
I cannot fault one part of your service to me.
The delivery team were really friendly and helpful.
I would recommend you to anyone who is looking for a great bed and perfect service.

From the process of choosing the bed to delivery and installation the company and product was excellent. I was anxious about buying such an expensive item online, as we were too far away to visit the showroom, but I was not at all disapointed. I rang the company to check on particulars, such as recommended mattress for the bed choice and our sleep preferences. They were helpful and totally correct in their recommendations. Communication with the company has been excllent through to delivery. Given how expensive beds are, even basic Ikea type versions, I feel that this product wasn't much more and the money we invested has brought us lasting quality.
