Honestly the best service received for opening and transferring my ISA. Informed by text and letter every step of the way and also got a call welcoming me and telling me where my local branch is. Super customer service and also account was so easy to open online ( 10 mins). What more could you ask for? Well lastly interest rates on savings was really great so win win all round!

Easy to complete application on line, a few days later I recieved a phone call advising me of the location of a local branch should I need any further assistance in the future. A very nice touch.

My account was set-up instantly - good.
Unfortunately my wife's account took around a week with YBS stating that they needed to do more investigation, with no more details. Eventually it was set-up - not so good.

Got there in the end the online setup was slow and clunky and took over 3 hours to update . The manager at the Barnoldswick branch was extremely helpful and a credit to the company if not for her help and assistance this transaction would not have gone through
