Mark H was friendly and sufficient in checking my flat. Thanks!

It was a quick and helpful experience, he gave me feedback on my windows and tightened my couch leg. Mark was kind and respectful, I wouldn't mind having him again.

Tom was respectful

Affordable and good quality housing, although pricing is up this year for my current property. We will only stay here for one year after being informed that we cannot renew our contract due to renovation, however after acquiring a new property, YPP announced tenants can stay, which was highly frustrating. Aside from this miscommunication, staff are helpful, but email replies are slow. Maintenance is slow & issues not always solved.
