I've been ordering green tea and black tea from YS ever since COVID lockdown. It's hard to get teas of this quality in tea shops here in France.
I must have placed about 20 orders in total. Once a package took 2 months to arrive, and once there was a mistake with my order but they shipped a replacement right away. That's about it, no complaint. Very reliable shop in my opinion.

Read good things about this company, so was surprised by how bad it was. Me and a friend made an order to Sweden at the end of April, and as of now (last of November) the products still haven't arrived, so we have given up. My friend who did the ordering tried getting info from the company, but they were unhelpful.

I ordered a lot of loose leaf tea in an order as I make kombucha at home. I ordered 10 1 kilo bags of tea. But I was sent 2 huge garbage bags of tea. Not what I ordered. I guess the warehouse guys were too lazy to put the tea in bags. I reached out and they sent me 20 small bags enough to bag about 6 kilos of the tea. After reaching out yet again to get more bags I'm being told by Travis to basically go fly a kite! No way to treat a long term customer or any customer. I would take my business elsewhere.

Product not received, no help from customer service, no refund.

Companies using USPS have to accept their declining service and the fact many product are just disappearing irrespective if their drivers mark as delivered!

Not everyone is scamming you for a couple of tea cakes!

Good and fast shipping, wide variety of tea and can't say one bad thing about them.

Got a bunch of pu-erh and it was shipped quickly and on time, even if it was overlapping with CNY. Even got a reply to my mail during CNY.

If I ever buy from China directly again I will gladly use YS, but not sure if I need to do so in the next few years.

they have really anti-consumer terms and conditions, like charging for reshipping when their shipments frequently get stuck in customs because of inadequate documentation.

they also offer only partial refunds instead of full, and charge restocking fees from their warehouse.

on top of all that they are blunt and uncompromising in their customer service communications. i will never order from them again.

A hidden gem for those who enjoy high quality / rare Chinese teas. Enormous selection, very responsive customer service and speedy delivery considering the distance!
They also carry amazing choice of teaware and gong fu accessories.
