Me cambiaron el auto teniendo el mismo que el mío según mi check in era otra hora cuando en la confirmación estaba la hora correcta obligan a comprar el seguro con ellos según que los seguros comprados con terceros ellos no le dan validez hablo de Expedia como tercero y lo peor que están haciendo las agencias no aceptan tarjetas de débito

Firstly, with regards to the vehicle offered, please be aware that we are unable to guarantee the make/model of the vehicle will be the same as the one advertised on our website, however, customers will always be offered a vehicle within the same class/category.
Secondly, the rate you booked through a third party was a basic rate booking which does not include insurance. If a customer arrives without the correct insurance policy then this will be offered at the rental counter.
We do provide all customers with the pre stated terms which does document important information on our insurance policy requirements and that a valid credit card in the name of the main driver is required for the deposit purposes. We do encourage all customers to read the terms throughly to prevent any confusion from occurring at the counter.

Ni una estrella
Ni una estrella. Pésima experiencia. Aparentan ser baratos, pero te cobrar aparte al final pagas más de la cuenta. Me entregaron un carro dañado y se lo hice notar. Al devolverlo el agente Ernesto, a nasty scary guy, me sacó ventaja y cobró de mi tarjeta US$1,000 por dañar el bumper. Hasta ahora estoy reclamando al Seguro.

Todo estuvo muy bien.
Todo estuvo muy bien, salvo la persona que nos atendió al entregarnos el carro, en recepción, pues no fué muy amable.
Por lo demás, todo muy rápido y ágil. y no hubo problemas para la entrega y revisión.

Publicidad engañosa
Publicidad engañosa porque aseguran que no van a haber costos adicionales y al momento de retirar el carro hacen cobros incluso mayores al de la reserva, la Atencion en la recepción es pésima, entregan el carro lleno de arena y al devolver el carro cobran que esté completamente limpio, y hacen cobros por rasguños y cualquier detalle sin estar especificado el estado al momento de la entrega

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review, please be aware that if you purchased insurance when making your booking through a third party these insurers do not include liability within their policy and as Civil liability is mandatory at this location it will be offered at the counter.
With regards to the condition of the vehicle we do expect all our cars to go out clean and in good repair, should a customer be unhappy with the vehicle offered it is best to speak to staff at the time of inspection as they are best placed to offer an alternative.
I am uncertain if you were charged for damage or a cleaning fee however if this was the case please provide photos of the vehicle timestamped at the start of the rental so we may approach the branch.
