Was told by friend about Zoki and that they are the best I looked in to it and I agreed now have a 3 person inside sauna and I love it very happy with company and sauna

I am extremely happy with my Sauna built and installed by Zoki. All the staff were so helpful,frindly and professional.I made so many calls and Justin helped me all the way to built my sauna to my perfaction. I had my first full sauna on Sunday 5th to my perfect satisfaction.I was so relaxed and happy. Thank You Zoki .

I am so happy with my infra red sauna. Zoki was recommended to me by a friend. I got great advice about what was right for me. It was installed by a lovely and professional team and the quality of the sauna is as high as I had hoped. I use the sauna most days and I couldn't be happier.

Having researched saunas for a long time we came across Zoki saunas. From start to finish they guided us through the options and which sauna would best suit our needs outside in the garden.Apart from a long wait to order & delivery due to them being very busy ,2 efficient chaps installed it in only a few hours and left us with clear instructions how to use and care for the sauna.We love using it and are impressed with the quality and simplicity of it.Thankyou very much Zoki & highly recommended.

I recently had an infrared Sauna fitted in my house from Zoki Saunas. From the point of first contact with Justin, Tanya & Natasha to the delivery & installation by Dan & Dale, the whole process was seamless. The staff at Zoki Saunas are both efficient, reliable & very helpful. The Sauna itself is wonderful, smells divine & has improved my energy levels & mobility in such a short time!!! I have Fibromyalgia & can’t recommend Zoki Saunas enough for their professionalism & for changing my life!!

Excellent saunas at a good price.
We ordered a small infra red and a 2 metre conventional sauna. The was a waiting list but they installed on time.
Well made pine saunas at an affordable price. Pine means that the temp is not recommended to go above 76°C, but this works well for us. Moving the main bench up a little gives more than enough heat.
Excellent customer service, they check your required dimensions etc very carefully, which is important. They will flex the sizes to fit your room
I recommend them very strongly.

Thank you Zoki Sauna for a purchase we made, from the start to the end they could not have been more helpful. Having rang round a lot of companies during one of the lockdowns we came across Zoki, from the minute the phone got answered our minds were made up to proceed with a purchase. Although we were unsure of which sauna to choose the infrared or traditional we had the opportunity to have a look round their showroom. We opted for the traditional and we absolutely love it, after installation just over a week ago, we have used this every night.
We were kept up to date all the way through from emails/telephone conversations confirming delivery dates to when the fitters would be arriving. The 2 men that fitted our sauna were great and very helpful and answered any questions we asked.
We would most definitely recommend this company.

Our outdoor Zoki sauna is just perfect.
All the staff were extremely helpful straight from the start. From my initial contact when I requested a brochure, that was sent out promptly and gave me a good idea of the type of sauna I wanted, to being advised to look over their website as most of the detailed information, sizes and pictures were on there.
Whenever I contacted them they ran through every little detail with no fuss.
I'm not too sure why the previous reviewer, Jazdeep Sandhu, feels as though being advised to look on their website wasn't useful as it is very informative and helped me understand alot more about what to look out for on outdoor saunas.
So happy with our purchase and it is helping me feel so relaxed at night after a stressful day working from home.

I got in contact with Zoki Saunas over the phone as I had a few enquires about their saunas, however communication and customer service was terrible. Didn't provide any useful information apart from 'look at the website'.

Outstanding reliable company and excellent saunas. Professional delivery, they quickly set it up and thoroughly explained how to use it, then left the area clean and tidy afterwards. I owned an expensive infrared sauna in the US years ago, and this one is far superior and is benefitting my husband's health considerably after only 10 days of use. British made and non-toxic with excellent build quality. Thank you for producing such a wonderful product at reasonable prices - highly recommended!

We have just had our traditional sauna from Zoki installed and we absolutely love it. We did have to wait 5 months due to increased demand and the current pandemic but it was definitely worth the wait. The build quality is excellent and the installation went very smoothly. Really lovely and helpful staff at Zoki. We chose 1600 x 1250 size sauna with a full glass door and had it installed in the spare room and it looks fantastic Would highly recommend Zoki.

I ordered the Zoki heatwave sauna,
I had it installed in my garage in the garden.
the quality of the build is excellent.
I never been in an infra red sauna before only having used traditional. I have to say it is not the same experience. I wish I had got the traditional sauna. I warm up the Zoki heatwave for 30 mins then turn up temperature, then an hour later go in. its no where near as hot. however you do sweat a lot due to the infrared waves entering your body directly. It just doesn't feel the same afterwards. that feeling you get after the traditional sauna isn't there!. I was also told I didn't need to have it insulated because it was in my garage but have since found it really should of been the outdoor cabin. with condensation gathering on my garage roof and walls. Overall to sum it up its a lovely well built cabin. anyone considering putting theirs out in an outside garage should go for the outdoor zoki sauna cabin.

I was in a market for sauna and looking for a quality build and good price.Most of the other retailers i have looked up had either not so impressive reviews, only did delivery and you had to build it yourself or both.
When i came across Zoki i was impressed with the reviews and the fact that its will be build by themselves in my garden without me having to worry.
They have been amazing from start to finish and my sauna has been build in about 3 hours.Great build quality.Look no further , these guys will make your dream sauna happen.

My ZOKI Garden Sauna is immaculate. I had specific height restrictions that were taken into account. The Guys fitted the Sauna, then I had the roof built around it. Perfect fit as planned.
Components are top class and sauna is well made and sturdy. Extra windows give me a view of my garden and the Cloud Hills. Great product, attentive and accurate

I ordered an Infrared Sauna from Zoki based in Birmingham several months ago, but due to the shenanigans with Covid, it didn't arrive until today 5-11-2020.

The two lads that turned up on time in a transit type van were polite & professional and wasted no time in taking the bits & bobs down to our chosen room in the rear garden. It must have taken them a couple of hours to install, and what a good job they did! They explained how to operate it and look after it in the next few weeks of use, swept the floor, tidied up, and left. The sauna smells gorgeous like newly cut pine, and is so light and airy inside. The heating elements are spaced evenly around the room and heats up quickly, there are small wooden strips that stop you from accidently touching them. There are two small shelves above the front elements to put a candle on if you like, or your favourite drink etc. We opted for a small window and full glass door which gives us a great view of the garden. The seating area is big enough for 3 people and is just enough for me to lie down with slightly bended knees (i'm 6ft). The floor is also T&G and all the wood surfaces are nice and smooth, so no splinters in yer nether regeons! We can't wait to use it later this week! Thanks, Zoki, this is my second sauna from you, the first being bought over 8 years ago and is still going strong in my old house. Now We have this lovely infra red one, so it will be interesting to compare with the old heated stone type.

The team from ZOKI arrived a few days ago to install our traditional sauna. It is a great product that has been installed by two polite, professional lads, thank you Jason and Sean. Thank you to Tasha, Justin and Tanya at their headquarters for all your support and advice during the choosing and buying process.
We had the chance to view their saunas at their base and were immediately impressed with the quality of the construction of the products.
We opted for a traditional sauna that required a custom fit due to where we wanted it to be located, the team were brilliant in accommodating our needs.

Thank you ZOKI for a fantastic product that we will be using as often as we can.

The Zoki sauna which I had installed last week has already changed my life! My pain levels have already reduced dramatically and I feel so well! The quality of the service, the sauna itself and the installation have been top notch. I opted for the traditional sauna as I use my sauna like a yoga studio and wanted to feel the heat wherever I was standing doing my exercises. I have also found that using oils in the water on the coals has helped my breathing which I feel is comfort in the current climate. I can't recommend Zoki more highly !
