I placed an order. Never got it. tried to reach them email, call, the voicemail box is full. No replies. Terrible business. Do not order from these folks.

I placed an order through Walmart

I placed an order through Walmart for some Pumpkin Seeds from Zooscapes. I got it in a decnt time frame, but the package was labelled Pumpkin seeds, wile the actual product was sunflower seeds. I have emailed and tried calling. The phone just rang and was sent to a voicemail box that was full. This is ridiculous!

RIPOFF

RIPOFF! Be aware that all the items are sold by WEIGHT. I ordered the salted caramel sugar and it was only 15% filled in a normal sized spice bottle. I sent them an email expressing my displeasure and requested a refund, they did agree if I shipped the item back at my expense. I spent $15 including shipping on the order and have to pay for the shipping back for an $8 credit. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING from ZooScape.

The first time I ordered I received my order promptly. This time I was promised delivery on 3/21. I have order #, tracking #, have e-mailed 3 times, tried to call phone # which says mailbox full. I will be leaving this area soon. I am on a special diet and the soy nuts I ordered are an important part of my food plan. I am very, very frustrated and disappointed.

they never return phone calls

they never return phone calls, because they never answer the phone. they also never answer e-mails. its now been about 3 weeks since I placed an order and can not get a hold of them. I really need the product but what can you do?

Horrible service

Horrible service. They don't answer either phone number provided. They don't respond to voicemails or emails. I can't believe Walmart and Amazon use them as a source for products. I would expect better vetting from both of them. I need the products I ordered by May 5th but now feel I will be lucky if I ever get them.

Placed order a week ago

Placed order a week ago. When I sign on there is no information on status of order until 2 days ago and it says item to be shipped. I have tried to contact the company multiple times and get a recording that mailbox is full. I have emailed them as well and no response. Horrible customer service!!! If I ever get my order, I will not order from them again!

Avoid dealing with Zooscape at all costs!

I accidentally ordered the wrong herbal tea for my sister in law which had been recommended by her urologist. My transaction was thru Walmart, but the product was from this marketplace vendor, and I had to handle the return thru them.

No one answers their toll free telephone number which they provide for returns. After trying several times and leaving as many messages, we tried email. Still no response.

Finally I called Walmart and didn't hear anything back from them either. Turns out, they had reached Zooscap, and Walmart was told they would contact me, which, of course, they had not.

Another call to Walmart, and still no instructions for the return.

On my third call to Walmart, they tried once again, while I was on hold, but didn't get any response either. it was Walmart who gave me my refund and told me to keep the product.

This is a tea that I will be buying indefinitely, but it will not be from Zooscape.

Can't Get Through To Customer Service

I bought an item from Zooscape and was overcharged for it. I attempted to call and no one answered the phone. I attempted to email and my emails were bounced back as undeliverable. I was about to request a chargeback from my credit card company when the product arrived, and to add insult to injury, it was an awful product. It looked the label had been printed at home on an inkjet printer and was carelessly stuck on the bottle. Based on all of this, I did not trust the company or the product enough to give it to my pet. Don't waste your money!!!

Never refunded me my money!

I ordered Pennyroyal tea from this company then cancelled the order before it was shipped out. I called the company and had to leave a voice mail and received a call back I was unable to take so they left me with a voice mail instructing me to email for faster service. I emailed them twice with my order number and requested a refund. I never received an email back and called the company back for weeks and weeks and no one ever picked up.

Placed our order less than a week ago - items have already arrived as ordered - with no problems.

Lousy service,customer service horrid,product unreliable

Took entirely too long to receive order,bounced from NJ to Del. to VA,back to Del. then to Rochester,NY finally to me.. I opened the package and product was missing security seal outside of bottle, opened bottle and security seal was missing from inside bottle,, called customer service twice to see what they were going to do,, it is the 4th day and they haven't called me yet....I would not if your thinking of buying anything from these people spend one red cent here...................
