I thoroughly enjoyed studying for my Level 4 Diploma with The Xenon Group.

The course materials and the academy were excellent sources of information and the tutors always provided quick helpful feedback.

I studied remotely for my diploma however always felt supported by the Xenon team - I would highly recommend!

I found this course extremely good. The materials (workbooks) provided were clear and comprehensive, and the availability of attending workshops and being able to listen to online recorded delivery from previous courses was brilliant. Responses to emails was quick if I had any questions and I was therefore able to complete a Level 4 Certificate in a much quicker time than allowed. I would definitely recommend Zenon Group as a training deliverer.

I completed the IWFM level 4 award in a week with Xenon. The tutor knew his subject extremely well and gave us methods of retaining the information ready for the exams and end of week review.
I would recommend this for busy professionals who don't want to drag a course out over a couple of years.

Great course and great support throughout, the webinars were a great idea during the lockdown periods and provided valuable information.

If you are searching for an institution for facilities management training and a recognised iwfm qualification, look no further. Xenon academy is as good as you can get. Great support, well reseached and delivered subjects/modules relevant in today's workplace facilities management. I am definitely going back for more courses. Thank you to all at Xenon Academy.

I would highly recommend The Xenon Group as a training provider. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable, very helpful and supportive, particularly given the requirement to train long distance. I would certainly want to take part in further training.

I have recently completed the IWFM Level 5 certificate course and was able to do so because of excellent course materials, thorough webinar presentations and expert guidance and support from tutors, notably Sue Morris.
Completing each module has increased and improved my knowledge of facilities management as well as validating existing processes we use in our day to day work.
Recommended without hesitation.

I have used Xenon twice now for my continued learning in FM, having been so impressed at the level of materials, knowledge and support it was an easy decision to put my departmental manager and supervisors through Xenon of which I consider the leading provider of Facilities Management qualifications.

I recently completed my IWFM Level 5 certification with Xenon and would highly recommend them. The course content is excellent, well structured and they provide reams of additional resources too. Sue Morris has been my guide and support throughout and has made the whole process easy and enjoyable. She's very responsive and knows just the right time to give a gentle nudge without ever being invasive. I would certainly return to them for further studies.

I completed the Level 4 Qual in a Week® and it was both highly enjoyable and highly beneficial - I would thoroughly recommend it and since I completed the course I have now been promoted!

Commenced my Level 6 Extended Diploma just prior to the start of the pandemic and therefore the classroom learning had to be paused. However, Xenon were able to create online webinars that covered each unit of the qualification and still enable students to have the personal interaction and ask questions as if you were in the classroom.

On top of this, the supporting documentation and study guides, as well as personal one to one support if required enabled successful completion of the qualification.

Sue and David really know their stuff and deliver training in an enthusiastic and engaging way. I would highly recommend Xenon to any current or aspiring FMs that wish to progress with their CPD and achieve further qualifications. I have already got members of my team enrolled on qualifications following on from my experiences. Well done Sue, David and the team!

Level 4 Diploma done.
I haven't really done any studying since school 30 years ago so it was a steep learning curve. The support was always there from my tutors which was invaluable.
I work with several people who have done their courses with other providers and their feedback was less than favourable.
I can't recommend Xenon enough and will be back for the next level once my brain has had a good rest.

I have just passed by Level 4 Award, Facilities Management. The team were very helpful and supportive. You just have to ask for help if you need it. Good course materials and tutors were excellent.

Ideal course for the impatient among us who want to get their level 4 award as quickly as possible. I could not find fault with anything on this course or Xenon Group. I initially had doubts on being able to get this done in a week, when it normally takes a few months. However, the peeps at Xenon have mastered the way to do it. It was hard work and a real challenge to get it all done, but with the expertise and guidance from our trainers, together with their encouragement, made it possible.

So, if you're thinking about doing this course to qualify in a week, i shall use the Nike adage "Just Do It"

Recently completed the week course for the IWFM Level 4 Award. Cannot recommend Xenon enough for their knowledge and support throughout the process. I'm now enrolled for the Level 4 Diploma!

I have just been notified I have passed my IWFM Level 4 certificate. I cannot recommend Xenon enough, the support has always been fantastic.
One aspect I found particularly challenging with IWFM Level 4 (I have already achieved Level 3) was keeping with in the word count (I tend to waffle!),
The patience and advice of all involved at Xenon was invaluable in achieving this qualification.

Just completed IWFM Level 4 Award in a week. Excellent course - a lot to do in short time frame but extremely worth while, learnt loads. Strongly recommend this course to any budding or incumbent Facilities Managers
