I am extremely grateful to The Xenon Group for providing a well-structured course designed to give all the skills and knowledge required to succeed in the FM world. The classes were engaging, useful, and above all an enlightening experience. Sue and David provided a combination of a supportive, witty and an enjoyable learning environment. The assignment feedback were useful and well thought-out, with the purpose of helping you understand your strengths and areas of improvement. Level 3 Diploma

I completed my level 3 diploma with Xenon and found the course really interesting and It really helped with my job role.

Xenon Group have been very supportive while I have completed my level 4. It's a lot of work and their ongoing encouragement, helped me to get there in the end.
Course materials and webinars were very helpful and the workshops pre-covid were great for the chance to ask questions and meet others.

I studied my level 5 Facilities Management through The Xenon Group. Everyone was extremely helpful and it made doing my course enjoyable and I was able to complete my course faster than expected. They are also very quick with responding to questions or giving feedback on assignments.

Recently completed IWFM level 5 certificate. Wanted to say how great the FM course was with the Xenon Group. Assignments were informative, easy to follow and lots of assistance when you needed it. Can't praise Sue and her team enough, she was truly fantastic.

I started my IWFM Level 5 in November 2020, i was slightly hesitant due to the pandemic as all work was supported remotely. (I was use to the in class experience for my level 4) The online work booklets, webinars and supporting materials were fantastic. Feedback for submitted assignments was given in a timely manner and Sue Morris was a great support throughout. I would highly recommend:-)

The Xenon Group is most definitely a great company. The staff are all highly professional, supportive and encouraging. All the engagement and feedbacks I have had were time efficient, concise and extremely helpful.

The online portal (student account) contains helpful learning material and chat forum(s) which has also been very useful and easy to use.

Outstanding! The learning materials and workbooks were excellent with current thinking, and the Webinars told the story, and focused on not just passing the course, but actual applied isomorphic learning with excellent examples. IWFM Level 3 Diploma

I undertook a Level 3 Diploma course as part of my role and I found the course content, learning materials, webinairs and guidance throughout absolutely first class. Any response times were prompt and all information provided clear.

Continual support (if needed) was available to me and although I rarely used it, it was reassuring to know it was there.

Looking forward to continuing with my Level 4 soon!

Excellent direct tutor support provided in a timely manner. Quick turn around with essay marking, with solid feedback if the required standard has not been achieved.

Great Company! I started my course face to face in Leeds, the workshops were very well organised and informative, not to mention the Banana Bread! Since the Covid19 pandemic Xenon switched to webinar's which were great and easy to follow especially when completing assignments. Sue and her team were an absolute joy to work with. Thanks to all!

Throughout studying for IWFM Level 4 Diploma at Xenon Group I have received great mentoring, advice and guidance.

The resources available on the Xenon portal are great and useful to not only complete assignments to a great standard but also to help in your FM career.

Assignments are always marked quickly with great feedback on where to improve if required. The webinars over the COVID-19 period were really informative.

What a company! I have to say that my experience with Xenon has been fantastic, the support, training and mentorship has been exceptional, my course in Leeds (when you could see people face to face) with Chris gave me a solid foundation to my assignments. Then Sue gave me the mentorship that got me over the line, no pressure was ever put on me and they are all a great team to work with. I would highly recommend any upcoming or established FM to do these qualifications with Xenon. 5 Stars all round!

I'll definitely be back to further my professional development with Xenon Group. The face to face sessions were really well delivered without making you feel awkward based on lack of knowledge.
