I opted to study with the Xenon group via their blended learning approach having not studied for a formal qualification for some years. From the moment I made the initial enquiry through to completion, Sue, David and the team could not have been more helpful and supportive. The teaching materials were comprehensive, the learning portal easy to navigate and feedback on assignments was always extremely prompt and helpful. David's FM knowledge shared during the workshops inspired interesting and sometimes challenging conversations which enabled me to expand my knowledge and understanding of FM further. In summary I feel the experience and qualification has been of immense benefit to both myself personally and my employer. I would have no hesitation in studying with Xenon in the future or indeed recommending them to anyone considering FM qualifications.

Hated the fact that I would have to go back to school again after 35 years to do my Level 5 Diploma. Never liked school when I was there!
Xenon made the courses very interactive and fun which I enjoyed but never realised how difficult it would be to get this down on paper on a 6000 word assignment. Having 22 months to complete you think you have ages but you do not as the time soon goes. I kept going and submitting my work online and it kept coming back but had very helpful direction and tips as to where I was going wrong and where I need to expand the dialogue. The last six months I used every spare minute to complete another section and Xenon were sending it back to me very quickly and well within their SLA's which I appreciated but this is not a given.
I am so pleased that I have achieved this as it has lifted my morale after two years of hard slog with a great supportive team. Thanks all at Xenon.

A valuable course that widens your knowledge and expertise within FM. Those delivering the course tailor it to your own experiences and the contracts that you work on enabling you to put what you learnt in practice.

Extended Level 5 Diploma Student

I was unfortunate not to complete my diploma in the initial timescale due to work commitements and extended the course. I stuck to it through the excellent support of the team at Xenon and now have my Level 5 accrediatation.
The course workshops were brilliant with a bit of fun along the way that always helps, great to share experiences and network with other students as well.
Great course material and guidance throughout.

Really helpful tutors, gave me all the guidance I needed after going back into learning after 20 years. I would fully recommend their services and definitely use Xenon again should I wish to further progress in my studies.

The workshop style of learning I found very comprehensive and detailed. Expect to be challenged on your answers to questions, at level 6 this should be a given as you will encounter these challenges in the workplace.
I found David to be very knowledgeable, he most certainly knows his subject and Sue was extremely supportive and willing to help when I requested clarification on some of my assignments. I enjoyed meeting other students on the course and listening to their FM experiences across various sectors.
Overall I would recommend Xenon Group as an FM training provider.

That was my first FM course in the UK and I am glad for achieving the Level 4 Award. I have FM experience but out of the UK and the course gave me more knowledge of the standards, law and the best practices here. As I am not British it took me more time to understand the procedures and the requirements for the course. Thankfully Sue Morris helped and motivated me and I have finished the course.
I am considering to continue as that was the beginning for me.

I have recently completed the Level 5 Diploma and I found the process of learning very easy with the Xenon Group. Having gained a significant amount of experience within the sector I was keen to underpin my knowledge with a recognised qualification and would recommend The Xenon Group to any prospective learner.

The online portal is very simple and straightforward to use with a whol range of support and advice laid out by module.

The tutors provide fantastic support and are really supportive.

I am considering my next qualification and will absolutely be booking through the Xenon Group.

Having not studied for some time and not having great confidence in writing assignments, the ability to attend workshops on each of the topics was invaluable.

The Learning Academy is well laid out and very easy to use when uploading assignments to be reviewed for feedback, the academy also has a vast amount of related information to support the study process.

Having achieved the Level 4 Diploma I have re-enrolled to study Level 5 Diploma.

I found my course with Xenon both challenging and worthwhile. As my first experience of distance learning I wasn't quite sure what to expect but the support supplied throughout by the staff was excellent. The on-line processes for submissions and feedback were also relatively straight-forward to use.

I’d recommend using xenon to do any FM distance learning courses. Always happy to help and give advise with essays.
I completed my certificate, then went on to diploma soon afterwards.

I studied for the IWFM level 5 through Xenon, using their distance learning facility. As a full time working mum of two, I found this option suited me as I could fit my assignments around family and work life. Xenon fully supported me throughout the course via the online learning portal, with lots of regular feedback and encouragement. I would recommend Xenon to anybody wishing to further their knowledge within Facilities Management. 5 stars from me!!
