I ordered an XB1 analog stick sensor wheel on October 11, 2024, and I still haven’t received my order (it's been over two months). The seller is not responding to my emails or messages on the website. It seems like I’ve been scammed. Avoid this website! The person who initially responded to my emails, Richard Wittekoek, is no longer replying to me.

Ik had hier 4 nieuwe analoge stick sensor wielen
gekocht voor een van xbox controllers die leed aan 'stick-drift'. Zaterdag 's avonds besteld, en op zondag al bericht gekregen dat de bestelling werd verwerkt, en later al werd verzonden. Snelle service! Dinsdag de zending ontvangen.
Zelfs een sensor wiel extra opgestuurd gekregen (thx!). De montage was eenvoudig, mede dank zij filpje op youtube. En zonder dat je hoeft te solderen... De controller werkt weer prima, zonder calibratie. Top!

Goede prijs gezien de goede kwaliteit en levertijd.

Er worden duidelijke updates gegeven over de verloop van je bestelling. De order op zaterdag geplaatst en deze werd zaterdag nog opgepakt en zondag al verzonden (voor verzending aangeboden).

De producten worden goed en netjes verpakt. Verzending is top. Gezien de uitvoerende partij van de verzending hier uiteindelijk de meeste invloed op heeft, duurde de levering niet langer dan werk 3 dagen, conform afspraak.

Al met al erg tevreden!

Bought an item that was clearly faulty.. contacted them immediately via Website.. no response. On the other hand post was fast to uk..

Good service. With the slowest delivery option, the delivery time longer than expected .

So i ordered a spare part (trim plate) for a PS5 dualsense controller.
This store was the only european website i could find the part at a reasonable price.
Ordering went well and the part arrived in reasonable time.
Unfortunately the postal services were not so thorough with handling and it arrive broken.
I decided to contact xq gaming and asked them if they could provide enhanced packaging if i ordered it again, upon which they offered to send another one free of charge instead.
The package arrived in perfect condition, with extra protection and a funny “im sorry” message included.

All in all perfect support experience and an excellent display of how much satisfaction can be achieved through handling problems with good care.

This site was the only place that had the board I needed for my PS5 controller. By this I mean, it wasn't that other places were out of stock, no other place even offered it at all! Thanks to XQ Gaming I was able to fix what was otherwise just a bricked controller. As soon as my order was in, I got an email letting me know that it was being processed and I also got an email during every step of the process from Richard, which I highly appreciated. My order was shipped out within days, but it did take some time for me to receive it due to customs since it was an international order. This was expected though as I was advised of this when I chose the shipping method and where it was going to be delivered to. It was a very easy and smooth experience. I do controller repairs and customizations, so I definitely will be back for a future order. Thanks again XQ Gaming / Richard!

Xqgaming send me a replacement part the same day, without any delay or the need to return the original sent part. 10/10

Geweldige klantenservice ervaren. Hard werkende mensen en doen meer dan hun best. Zelf had ik een stomme fout gemaakt door verkeerd te bestellen en door mailcontact opgelost.

Light bar sticker gekocht. 5 euro weggegooid. Sticker ging meteen bij het plakken al stuk..

This company absolutely blows. tl;dr: They sent the product sign required without telling me, waited months to reply when I asked why their site said I was refunded but wasn't, then resent not only the incorrect product, but a product so damaged that it wouldn't be usable if it were correct. They've now ghosted me again for nearly FOUR MONTHS.

In October, I purchased a PS4 Gen 3 V1 (supposedly) shell from XQ Gaming.

Since then:

I waited multiple months for any sort of update.

I checked their site to find they had shipped the order without ever providing tracking.

They shipped the order signature required without me requesting that.

They misformatted the address so that it was returned to them.

I then reached out because their site claimed I had been refunded and there was never a refund issued.

They took multiple months to answer this request, and when they replied, I was told basically that whoever the owner or whatever is was on vacation and selling the business so he just wasn't looking at his email for MONTHS.

They finally resent a shell.

I received the shell, got to working on it, and what do you know, the post that goes through the board is on the wrong side AND it's crushed in such a way that a screw wouldn't even go into the hole anyway. It's a Gen 1 shell.

I've since emailed them 4 times since May about the most recent issue and have still not received a response or refund.

Whoever this person is, they're either a thief or don't care enough about the business they're selling to do anything to help you.

Pakket zoek geraakt bij de post. De webshop heeft bij dhl aangegeven dat enkel hij een onderzoek mag laten instellen.

Mijn pakket is nu nog steeds zoek, en in contact komen met de webshop blijkt onmogelijk.

Waardeloze service!

I recently ordered some parts from XQGaming so I could add two permanent back buttons to my PS4 controller. I used to use the ExtremeRate Dawn setup, but this stopped working. I then had the official Sony back buttons, but that fell apart. So, I figured I'd try XQGaming instead.
So far, I've not been disappointed. The Easy Modchip and parts arrived super fast, nicely packaged and the video tutorial was very straight forward to follow. I had the buttons installed and working within the hour. They feel nice and clicky and are very responsive. I've not tested but I assume they have the same response time as the buttons they duplicate - I certainly can't feel a difference between them.
I did initially mess up on my order by adding the wrong tac buttons but a quick message to XQGaming put that right and they swapped them for the right ones before shipping them out. Top work.
All in all, I'm very happy with the parts, very happy with how my controller works, and have had a great experience using XQGaming. I will be using them again for more controller mods.

Zeer snelle levering en goede service!!

Het pakket had ik binnen 2 dagen in huis. Bij mijn bestelling was er iets fout gegaan waardoor ik een product niet ontvangen, hierna heb ik contact opgenomen met XQ Gaming. Via de mail lieten ze weten dat ze het product als nog op gingen opsturen.

Daarnaast liet XQ Gaming ook weten in de mail dat het erg druk is, Ik hoop dat andere klanten daar ook begrip voor kunnen hebben.

De uitleg op de site over de type controllers was voor mij zeer handig omdat ik niet wist welk type controller ik had.

De volgende keer bestel ik hier zeker weer.

Snelle levering, perfecte service, en meedenkend met problemen met de vervoerder die faalt. Goed en snel opgelost! Zouden veel bedrijven wat van kunnen leren. En mensen: Als de vervoerder loopt te zieken kan je daar XQgaming niet verantwoordelijk voor houden of op hun gaan lopen zeiken. Als je gewoon "normaal" doet en op een normale manier vraagt om een oplossing dan wordt je gewoon goed, snel en netjes geholpen. Na gezeik met DHL met mijn laatste levering heeft XQ netjes een vervangende set vooruit gestuurd in overleg. Als je gewoon nette en goede afspraken maakt met elkaar kom je een heel eind. Het probleem is dat veel mensen gelijk gaan lopen klagen over het verzendende bedrijf terwijl PostNL of DHL of welke kansloze koeriersdienst weer eens door de mand valt.

XQ Gaming heeft een ruime keus in lettertypen voor custom light bar stickers (Deze stickers zijn voor de PlayStation controller). Ik heb er 1 laten maken met een naam erop. Eergisteren besteld, vandaag al in huis!
Voor stickers is XQ Gaming een geschikt bedrijf. De applicatie van de sticker was erg gemakkelijk en ziet er erg goed uit!
Echter blijft het nadeel dat de verzendkosten van zo'n sticker bijna even duur is als de sticker zelf. Maar verder top ervaring!
Voor light bar stickers zeker aan te raden! :D
