Yao Secret Opiniones 

I order the Shampoo and Conditioner from Yao Secret, and I never received the order. Apparently there was some issue with my order in my country (Spain), and when I called the courier they couldn’t find my package and when I contacted Yao Secret’s Customer Service to give me more information and help me find it, they said that once the package leave the country where they are at, it’s not their responsibility anymore, so they send me the same link (again) for the same package my country’s courier couldn’t find in the system, so not helpful AT ALL.

Long story short, I never received my order and lost 72€ on top of that. Very disappointed with the customer service and how they handled my order.

well it arrived yesterday but it blew me away firstly how it was presented
seeing how glam and pretty your site and products looks
it did not do your company justice at all
I suggest you look at the conditions of your products before sending them please
as not to disapoint anyone further

This is my second order of the shampoo/conditioner! I was gifted the rice water treatment and immediately ordered more once I ran out! I have the fine toothed comb and the hair brush, and my hair has gotten a lot more soft, but it still holds volume really well. It's a lot more manageable!
The shipping is quick and efficient. So far, I've not been disappointed by anything I've ordered from them, and I'm looking forward to ordering more of their products!

My order arrived quickly thank you. I'm actually really surprised how well the bars are working. I have dry, frizzy, wavy hair that has looked more like candy floss than hair for the last few years. Not any more, my hair is soft and smooth with defined waves, I have only used the bars 3 times so far. I'm also hoping it may help to get my hair a bit longer, I have really struggled to grow it because it is so brittle.

My hair is vasty improved since using this.
I have just reordered for the third time!

I discovered the rice shampoo here, it's so gentle on the head skin and foams so great and strengthens the hair..I'll buy here again

Obsessed with this set! Normally shampoo and conditioner bars don’t work on my hair as it’s quite thick but these are amazing! My hair feels so silky and soft, I love that they are all natural and zero waste too as I like to be as sustainable as possible.

I first ordered in May this year and bought in whim tried it and normally I have the lather going in my ear causing my ear to itch but when this one lathers up it didn’t and made my hair shiny and I’m 46yrs old I last dyed my hair May for Eid and my sides normally go grey and itch a lot.
It’s know August I bought again and haven’t even cut my hair let it grow as I have done hair and the top of head the hair is growing and I’m looking after my
Hair more it’s not too grey as before.
So yeh I love using it thank you very much

Yeah, my hair looked and felt nice, but I can't believe no one else has mentioned the smell. It smells like fish and wet dog. First couple of washes, I noticed it, but it wasn't overpowering. Today I washed my hair to attend a wedding and it stank. I had to put a bunch of other products in to cover up the smell. Even then, I could still smell wafts of it.

love this products somuch my hair feels so good since i use this, my scalp feels better to. i always had dandruff but somehow this shampoo helps me a lot ♥️ lovely customor service to 🙏🏽

The company asked me to leave a review. So far I washed my hair with the shampoo soap and conditioner just 3 times, I believe it not enouth time given to can notice a significant difference in my hair.
However here is what I liked about:
1. It leave my hair naturally clean without drying the scalp or hair
2. I really like the natural smell of the soap
3. Soap make lots of bubbles (I quit not expected that)
4. My hair loss have been slightly reduced somehow.
5. Hair looks more shinny and a bit of more volume and thickness if I can say that..
THERE were not COS, just the conditioner did not felt doing something to my hair. I will have to try with conditioner and once without to see if there is any difference.
Also it's a bit pricy, and I don't think will last me 3 months as some people says but we will see.

I also bought a brush, and I absolutely love it!! Its become my favorite brush tho! I like the feeling of the brush in my scalp.

For years i struggled with breakage in my hair and i had been purchasing extentions for years... i cant believe it took me so long to discover this but im so glad i did. Ever since ive been using it my hair has never felt better or been easier to manage! Everyone should be using this❤️✨️

I ordered two combs, which I find well made and do smell woodish, natural... so, nothing to complain about the product itself, but... I was quite disappointed with the packaging, as both combs came loose together in a plastic bag with no protection (it came inside a cardboard envelope). No card, definitely not nicely presented... nothing that looks like being sent from a traditional village :((

Easy to use, hair is beautifully clean and really soft/shiny. My scalp is no longer itchy as it usually would be after using more chemical products and I’m not throwing away plastic bottles every couple of weeks. Amazing product.

I love love love these bars, honestly the best shampoo I’ve ever had!!

I was in desperate need for hair care that wouldn't dry, damage or break my hair as I had been experiencing with my last brand of shampoo. Initially I thought it was stress or hormones wreaking havoc on my hair, but turns out it was just my old hair care routine causing significant breakage and hair loss.

I did a lot of research into Yao Secret and other similar brands before committing. I've been using their shampoo, conditioner and rice milk treatment for about 2 months now and have noticed significant improvement almost immediately. I can finally comb my hair and work through any tangles much more easily. My hair feels stronger, thicker, and I have received many compliments on how gorgeous and long my hair is.

I'm so happy I finally discovered what works best for me, and love that I can trust the ingredients in the products, eco friendly packaging, and overall ethos of the brand.

Umm… WOW! And why haven’t I tried this before?
I (F38) have fine hair with a bit of a wave and frizz. Oiling takes care of the frizz, but it weighs the hair down, plus I find it made it look oily and unwashed (but hey, it’s still a decent weekend treatment). I’ve finally tried Yao (Rice shampoo & conditioner) two weeks ago. My feedback so far:
- the shampoo bar feels gentler than my regular shampoo and my hair doesn’t feel stripped of moisture
- using just the shampoo bar (no conditioner at all for the super busy days) I still had fewer knots to brush out and my hair looked shinier, not greasier
- shampoo + conditioner = felt like I spent full 10-15 minutes with a mask (but I do have porous hair)
- conditioner does take getting used to, but it took me a few tries to understand I don’t need that much - no need to feel that ‘slather every strand’
Overall I feel I’m using considerably less oiling products (still use JVN oil for the ends), and I don’t need to spend as much time with traditional hair masks to get good results.

I’ve been wanting to make the switch to shampoo and conditioner bars for a while and I came across Yao Secret and decided to try them. One of the best decisions I’ve made for my hair. They’re super easy to use and they last so much longer than traditional shampoo and conditioner. I’ve noticed my hair is lighter, healthier, and overall easier to maintain. I’m so glad I found these! :)
