Unfortunately yaya is pasteurized so it is actually just a juice without fermented characteristics .

Heb zelf driemaal moeten mailen om te weten waar mijn bestelling blijft. Uiteindelijk kreeg ik antwoord dat er een nieuwe zending was opgestuurd. Met succes ditmaal

I am really happy the webshop is finally back online! I prefer the delivery being with PostNL because there are more options for delivery dates/times. Curious why the Kombucha can be kept at ambient temperature now, but I guess it makes delivery easier so that a plus.

Duidelijke communicatie
Yaya heeft aangegeven dat het product uitverkocht was. Zij stelden voor om het geld terug te storten of te wachten tot er weer voorraad was.
Voor mij was het duidelijke communicatie!
