The company misrepresent themselves, sell poor quality products BUT do offer a full refund policy IF you send the rubbish back to them in China, despite shipping with a UK address.
Steer clear of this company. I just wish I'd researched them before buying the "Anti snore "pillows, or as they say. "They're just cushions" and can't cure anything

I placed by order with yojee on 29th November clarified my address within an hour of placing order as recently moved. Email received conforming correct address. I chased order on 26th December and was advised delivery was attempted which is untrue as husband currently housebound so always home. Then when I requested a refund was offered half of what I had paid and was told they had lost parcel. WILL never use again and the customer service is dreadful - lesson definitely learnt check reviews prior to ordering

Have received my pillow. Extremely happy. So comfortable and it keeps its shape. Helps me sleep better

My order arrived within the described delivery time however I find that the sizing guide is misleading.
I am now working with them to have my item exchanged.

The speed of response to my propblem was excellent. I am disappointed that the items I required were no longer available but in the future I would not hesitate to use this company again. Thank you for your timely response.

Ordered an anti snoring pillow. Not memory foam and no removable cover as advertised. Waste of money. Do not buy!

I made a mistake with the order i received. I had ordered the wrong size. I got in touch via their email address. I received a reply within hours and another one very quickly to arrange an exchange.
I order the wmbra35 breathable as I find it very comfortable and supportive. I am a 32E and the medium size is perfect.

Friendly and respectful experience. Company delivered goods and followed up on customer experience.

I ordered a toy dog for my daughter, it claimed to be a robot dog and cost £35, what arrived was one of those £1 yapping toys you get at arcades. It is without a doubt the worst toy I have ever received. Parts fell off it, the fur was falling off and when I contacted Yooje they said I needed to pay to sen it back and they offered a voucher to buy more rubbish. I contacted a legal friend about this as these toys are dangerous to children and they said I have a case to pursue but with absolutely no further correspondence from Yooje felt this would be a lengthy case I haven’t the time to persue but wanted to warn other people not to buy anything, it is a complete con!’n

Kundies was very responsive regarding an exchange for an item that did not fit properly. I was pleased with their cooperation.

I ordered a Titanium chopping board from YooJe to replace the chopping boards I currently use. I was struck by the fact they are easy to clean and more hygiene to use than plastic boards. My chopping board arrived and it does what it says in the tin. Very happy with it. However, it appears to have been dropped from a height in transit sadly. YooJe have helpfully agreed to replace the board. My experience is a great product and good customer Service

Ordered anti snore pillow absolute rubbish . Inside is stuffing you would find in a toy. Removable cover yes but what do you do with stuffing . Once again caught out to the tune 39 pounds . DON'T BUY

The robotic dog was a success my granddaughter loved it so much, I had good conversation with the customer service would recommend

I purchased what I thought was an ergonomic pillow (yooje anti snoring pillow) to help my sleep apnoea. The advert was very convincing however, what I received was utter rubbish. I have seen better quality stuffing in cuddly toys. It certainly doesn't look or feel as described. A removable cover maybe, but what do I do with the stuffing? Absolute waste of money. Can't get in touch with sender, infact there is nothing when carrying out a Google search of Heomai Britain.

I bought two Nico supposedly robotic puppies as gifts, but they are not robotic. They are nothing like the advertisements shown and certainly not interactive. They are cheap and nasty and were expensive. All this terrible cheap scruffy dog does is bark, and go round in circles.
Although they imply in the advertisement that they are made in UK, they are in fact made in China.
There is no UK contact number or address to contact them. Bought on December 23rd, they arrived on January 7th. I was disgusted when I opened the cheap packaging as they were so tiny and nothing like they were advertised.
These people are con artists. Do not buy a yooje dog. It's a total rip off.
This so called company should be banned from operating and prosecuted.

Beware this company is a con site .Ordered a dog for granddaughter xmas, paid £39 . It is rubbish piece of plastic with hair stuck on , very dangerous to a child not up to trading standards. Batterys fall out sharp edges if dropped would shatter causing severe injuries to a child .They offered me £2 refund and a voucher which I refused .This very dangerous dog toy is going in the bin immediately. They use AI videos to convince you to buy .Stay away they just con you out of money .Very clever scammers indeed.
