Thank you for your feedback, and we’re genuinely very sorry to hear you’ve been disappointed.
We would like to clarify that we did respond to your enquiry and fully explained the delay — our initial message was sent the same day you contacted us, but unfortunately it was sent to an incorrect return email address. This was entirely our mistake. At the time, we were trialing a new order system and, regrettably, this led to the error. As soon as we realised, we resent the correct reply and apologised for both the delay and the issue with your order.
With regard to the item itself — the pot you ordered was a white glazed style. As noted in the product description, our ceramics are all hand-glazed, so subtle variations in tone can naturally occur. That said, we completely understand that it wasn’t what you expected, and we were more than happy to arrange a return for you. A free returns label was sent to help resolve the matter swiftly.
We really do value all our customers and your satisfaction means a great deal to us. If there’s anything more we can do to help, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Decided to call rather than go online…
Decided to call in rather than go online as I wanted advice as to which tree to buy as a gift and boy did I get it. Absolutely fantastic experience and walked out with exactly what I needed and with a few extra quid in my pocket as the tree I picked, from a quite a list, was cheaper than I had budgeted for.
An absolute 5 star, and more, experience.

I ordered a couple of pots and some drip trays and a member of their team got in touch to recommend a different type of drip tray, which was absolutely a better option for the pots I ordered.
